Pharmacy staff were great, they promptly helped me with what I needed. The regular staff did seem a little lazy and slow moving though.

The Walgreens Pharmacy located at 5202 Almeda Road has the BEST Pharmacist (Ms Tracy) and the BEST staff! I would highly recommended using this Walgreens Pharmacy! Everyone is highly efficient, kind and understanding. Thank you to everyone there!

Do not worry, I will be seeking legal advice. I suffered for 2 weeks at the hands of these pharmacists who lied and lied and told me anything to get me off the phone. Thank God a guardian angel by the name of Mrs Stephanie at the Smith location, listened and solved my issue today and I was able to get my COPD medication within 6 minutes. You alls incompetence nearly killed me.

Had a fantastic experience thanks to Daijah, she helped me out from the jump with my photos. Knew every answer to my questions even while being busy.

I've been to plenty Walgreens and am not the type to usually leave a review, but their customer service was amazing. Even though they were short staffed Daijah was extremely helpful. I walked in yesterday and she patiently ( I'm not tech savvy) assisted me with uploading photos from my phone on their Kiosk. I felt bad knowing it was probably my old phones capabilities that didn't allow certain fictions, but she insisted that satisfied customers was her priority and wanted to make sure I was able to have my photos for my event today. Thank you sincerely Daijah for your help, patience, great attitude, and for taking the time to ensure I produced and received my photos correctly. Your positive attitude, patience, and sincere customer service is something everyone can learn from. Thank you again Daijah and thank you Walgreens.

They ask you to ring a buzzer to call an employee to buy soap or deodorant, The buzzer is broken, it does not work. The store is understaffed as well so finding someone to unlock the case ain't easy.

Very unprofessional. Pharmacy staff told me my prescription is in stock and let me wait 25 minutes just to tell me they don’t have enough for my full prescription. I was told to come back in a week and not even offered to receive half of my medicine now and half later. Terrible communication and terrible customer service.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens, and the staff are very nice and I like them, HOWEVER, I dont know if there are staffing issues, but the 3 years I’ve been coming here the pharmacy is always super slow for prescription pick up and vaccine appointments.
