The worst pharmacy customer service ever!!! Cannot believe a DENTAL prescription has a time of 2 hours before it can be ready and not only that the attitudes of those people are the worst Chi the pharmacist on duty should not even be allowed in a pharmacy with that type of customer service attitude!! Had my prescription transferred and was done in 10 minute Berry pharmacy is the best yall try it out!!!

Customer service is terrible. They don't have signs anywhere saying the closed times. Even though the website and Google shows other times. I hope corporate fixes this issue with this store because management is not good at all. Store hours for today is until 10pm and it's 7pm and they said they closed at 6pm.

The chubby girl with curly hair on May 1st didnt have good customer service. She gave an attitude and just left my bag on her side making me have to reach over for it. Smh

Close it down.They have lost their mind and Customer service is a thing of the past.Amazon has a Pharmacy.They will deliver to your door .Ive been put on hold 10 times in one phone call.This is the store on Crosstimbers and Irvington.I was in line at pharmacy the other day.The poor senior citizens were all just standing their shaking their head.

The worst Walgreens I have encountered!! I broke my leg and had my doctor send over a pain medication which was suppose to be ready at 5:45 it was 6:10 when I got there the drive thru was packed and when I got to the window the guy tells me it’s not going to be ready until 1 hour in a half are you kidding me!!! Mind you the rx was sent over at 4:00 I told him I needed it bad and to put it in as a waiter as I know takes 15 minutes I worked at this pharmacy so I know the process he stated he could not and would not until then! Where is the courtesy they say they have with their customers?? CVS would never do this!! And by the reviews I see here this isn’t the first time they do this they need new personnel and management asap!!! Will not be coming to this horrible store at all and not to mention they answer the phone and place you on hold without even saying to hold on!!
