I had the worst experience at this location ,the guy at the register with dreads was rude and very unprofessional. My transaction did not print out my register rewards,so I informed him that there was an error . I went and took a picture so I could show him ,came back with it he stared at it and had no solution for me ,he simply said ,I don't know what to tell you . I asked for a manager, and he said there was no one . I informed him that I would be canceling my transaction he started laughing and saying I was making a big deal about 2 dollars ,that I could only spend at walgreens ,(his words )I shop here to save ,not to make fun of because of Walgreens error .He laughed the whole time , this person needs to be educated on customer services his behavior is unacceptable.

This store truly stinks, the carpet smells like an old dog kennel that hasn’t been cleaned in maybe 7months, service was nice but I had to write this the carpet and store needs a to be cleaned this isn’t even a bad store location so unless this place is going out of business there needs to be a deep clean.

When we encounter exceptional people, it is important to give them praise.
Peter, the pharmacy tech at the Bissonnet/Weslayan location, is so helpful and devoted to his clients. Always courteous, cheerful and with a smile.
Thank you to the hard working crew, and the pharmacists who have such a responsibility to their patients.

I experienced the worst customer experience, the associate was somewhere else and looked very annoyed when I was at the register waiting for him so I could pay and get my stuff. I rather go to CVS even it takes me a little longer.

Every time I come to get medicine with insurance, they come up with all sorts of reasons for me to buy medicine at my own expense, and I never get my medicine on time.

At time of service at the pharmacy Is
just fine. The clerks or not proficient at finding solutions in a RX has been delayed or lost in the system for some reason. I received a text that the prescription is ready and then when I get there it said 15 minutes to fill.

Went to the UC next door and they sent an eRx over. Checked in to Walgreens to make sure they got it and was told the wait was 40mins. I was in town for work so I had to wait. Came in 40 min later and the tech told me I'd have to wait another 30 mins. Ridiculous. I've never waited more than 20 mins for a walk in Rx at any pharmacy. Sadly the pharmacy manager was working this shift and this just goes to show the level of poor management, communication, and lack of efficiency at this location.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Most of the regular attendants and pharmacists are helpful. Sometimes they are with a lot of pressure, but I understand them. It is a hard job.However today there was a total new crew and the young attendant was nice, but, I think, who the new pharmacist is, screamed to the world what one of my medicines is for!! That should be rule #1 for pharmacists, not to disclose in front of everyone what your medicine is for! I hope they read this and train them better.

Zachariah from the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with my prescription. The frustration of being in between doctors and the pharmacy, especially when ill, takes its toll on patients. But Zachariah helped me resolve my issues by going above and beyond. Keep up the great work!
