This is one of the worst Walgreens I have been. The pharmacy personnel on days are so unprofessional and disrespectful with attitude. Also, called to check my prescription is ready and I was punt on hold for 20 minutes. I want to ensure my prescriptions are ready before I get there. I already experienced when I received a notification that my medications were ready but when I made it there there was only one ready. I have to wait. I will go to another pharmacy next time. Oh, that was only the ones on day shift that were rude because I tried in the evening and the pharmacy doctor was so helpful and her staff. It’s a different group that were friendly and professionals.

Sorry for the one star, but please understand I am trying to quit opoids and no walgreens seems to stock suboxone. They told me on Thursday it would be Tuesday at the latest. I am 40 hours clean but am in withdraw he** at the moment. This bad review isn't so much for the store or the employees themselves, in fact it probably isn't even their fault. I still love you guys, its the structure that frustrates me, not you. And also, how do you not stock suboxone when there is such a huge fentanyl crisis right now? Its no wonder so many are dying out there

The “customer service” I just witnessed here (around 5:30-6:00 pm on February 15th) has me feeling genuinely disgusted and disheartened. My personal experience was fine, but I had to wait while they got my husband’s prescription ready. During that time, another customer came up (more than 10 minutes before closing). The man working basically just denied him, saying they were closing soon and they were understaffed. The customer asked the woman working for help and let her know just how much pain his wife was in, and it seemed she was going to be able to get him the medication after all. Around this time, the man working started ranting to the woman about having to help people and how they need to just tell people no (even though the pharmacy was still open). Why are you angrily ranting about customers inconveniencing you in front of other customers?? Especially an old man who just wants to get medicine that will help his wife? Why did you join a healthcare profession if you lack compassion? The woman told the customer to wait, and he went to the next aisle over to look at something while he waited. As my husband and I checked out, she came up and asked where the customer was. The man working then openly ranted about how that’s why they should be turning people away, and said he was going to turn away the car waiting in the drive thru line (even though they were there before closing too). It seemed like they were just gonna shut down without getting the older customer his wife’s medication, so I ran to get him myself. I really hope he was able to get what he needed. Listen, I get that being understaffed is hard and I know that not getting off work on time can be frustrating. But you’re working with people who are in mental and physical pain, and potentially going through life-threatening or life-altering situations. If you aren’t capable of empathy and you are going to openly complain about customers to make them feel bad, you should either really work on your attitude and behavior or consider a different career. I will never be going back to this pharmacy again, although I’m sure it doesn’t matter because the workers clearly want less customers. Do better.

Pharmacy is great! But very busy! They do a good job of getting you in and out. Very helpful. The store though is never stocked very well. Actually haven't seen a Walgreens with shelves this bare. Don't care for the checkout upfront either. They sometimes be on their phones or playing around...very unprofessional. I just like the pharmacy here. There GREAT!

It looks like the store maybe closing because the shelves look empty. For it to be located in a booming area, it looks dismal.

Unbelievably bad attitude at the drive-in window where you pick up your meds. The young lady with a hairbun acts like a teenager angry at being forced to do something she doesn’t want to do, like providing decent customer service after cars patiently wait in line for way too long. She needs to be taught better customer service skills.

Waiting in the drive thru line, where there is a sign “both lanes open”. After waiting in the outside lane, we are informed to go get back in line that the outside lane doesn’t work. After 40 minutes we get to the window after having to wait in the other lane. Put up a sign, tell people when they get there, ….any communication would be better than what is currently. I will switch to a new pharmacy. Service is poor at best.

Terrible customer service. I am extremely sick and this was the closest pharmacy to me. I never go to this location. Staff claims system is down called two hours later and the rude lady keeps picking up and hanging up.

After my review was deleted from 6/23/24 I'll post again.
I had a really bad experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Despite providing my current insurance information, they kept billing my previous insurance, causing a lot of confusion. I'm in my first trimester of pregnancy and struggling with HG, and this medication helps me keep my appetite and avoid going to the ER for IVs. Instead of just filling my prescription, the pharmacist wanted to discuss his personal feelings and was unhelpful. I was told they didn't have the correct insurance information, even though I provided my card when I first got the prescription. After a lot of back-and-forth, the pharmacist finally said he would just send it through whatever insurance they had and I could deal with it later. But three hours before they closed, I got a call saying they couldn't deliver the medication due to my insurance. When I asked why, they initially claimed my insurance was with another provider, but then said they had the correct plan information, which was confusing. I've had the same insurance for almost 2 years. I won't be using this pharmacy anymore. They keep providing inaccurate information, and the pharmacists from all 3 calls was argumentative and raised their voice. Now I have to go to the ER again to get IV treatment because they won't refill my prescription. When I asked to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, there was a rude remark, and now I have to wait another 24 hours to get it filled. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I've been going to Walgreen's for years. Now I know you can't control a person attitude but this year is the worse. Customer service is rude at the pharmacy. I've reported the techs to the head pharmacist before. Yesterday I receive a text saying my Rx was cancelled for delivery. I called the pharmacy and a tech name Jean was rude about the card that I had on file. She stated that I needed to get another card. I explained that the card was my FSA card I know exactly how much was on it. The problem was she was trying to charge me a delivery fee. You can't charge a fee on the FSA card period. And to top it off she didn't know what a FSA card was. But Jean was having an attitude about my card. In the past the head pharmacist Shoeb knew about FSA cards and how you couldn't charge for a delivery fee. I did report this to corporate but have not heard from anyone as of yet.. I'm not sure if the tech real name was Jean but the fill in pharmacist Neisa said that was her name besides other tech Nova....

I've been coming here, for about 40 years, especially in my public safety tenure. You know, sometimes you become more comfortable in an area, where other shopping centers, and restaurants are, that you like.

This pharmacy is extremely disorganized. Inaccurate prescription updates, does not mail prescriptions when requested online. Can never accurately confirm any level of information. I will no longer use this location.

Attempted to make a return WITH my receipt, Amanda told me I had to go to the store I got it from since they don’t sell the items at that particular store. I called corporate and corporate tells me that she absolutely could’ve done it. Maybe you should learn your job functions a little bit better before you send someone away for something you could’ve done! Additional training is definitely needed
