there's a VERY RUDE "" manager or supv "" named FLOR , that gave my Mom and I the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience the other day. ughhhh.. I think I will switch to CVS soon for all my needs. horrible service

Today I went to Walgreens to check to see how much I had in rewards I asked an associate and they brought me to a manager or an associate named Amanda. The rudest manager/associate I've ever encountered all I was simply asking was how much I had in my rewards and she failed to help instead she answered me in a rude tone and I asked if she could help me check on the computer which she failed to do so saying she had no ability to check. I asked another employee and she was delighted to help me she helped check through the computer and helped me out to figure how much I did have in rewards what a kinda young lady. Overall manager/associate amanda -1/10 all I was simply asking was for a favor hoping she'd help me out .

Their drive thru is horrible timing is horrible took me 30 minutes to pick up medicines with 2 cars in front .

It's hard for me to speak because I have damage due to COVID. So I slways give them my dl now because it's hard to breathe and speak they can't verify who I am with my drivers license ss card. I was told months they were going to document my medical issue but failed to follow through.Guess I will die in a few months I will be dead

Very poor service ordered a canvas on 10/07 received confirmation it would be ready the same day. Didn’t go to pick up until 10/08 at 9pm. They had all day to make sure it was completely just for it to not even be ready extremely ridiculous.

Long lines, basic phone communication skills were absent, the person working the drive thru had little knowledge of the most basic customer service, absolutely terrible. I will now have to go out of my area for a more positive customer service experience.

I went by the outside drive thru window of the pharmacy and deposited my I.D. with $5 and sent it through the shoot while the pharmacist was assisting a customer at the inside lane. While waiting, the customer drove away and the pharmacist walked away. The car behind that car pulled up and the clerk came to the window and assisted that customer. Afterwards, that customer drove away and the clerk walked away. I hit the call button, as if they never saw my large truck, and ask for my I D. and money to be returned to me through the shoot. This was Tuesday night on May 31st. I don't think I'll be returning to Walgreens anymore.

Last month I arrived to pickup my prescription that I filled online and received a confirmation, but when I arrived they couldn't find my order. After I presented the confirmation they finally found the prescription order. Of course they hadn't begin to fill it.Today I decided to call to avoid any mix-ups. I waited on hold for up to 30 minutes for the line to be disconnected. This happened 3 times. I finally called and ask for the store manager and got through.Hopefully my order is ready when I arrive in 30min.

I came to the drive thru for my prescription, the window was closed at 1:50pm, I called the store to ask why, the young lady blind transferred me to a dry woman who stated the pharmacy closes for lunch. That’s it, no other or further explanation. I had to literally pull teeth to ask when it would reopen, she basically said to leave and come back later.
