The girl at checkout counter was rude and happily unhelpful last time i was here. This most recent visit she was outgoingly rude attempting to garner a reaction. When i chose not to react and simply complete my transaction she proceeded to talk trash about me with the next person in line, while i was still collecting my purchase. Extremely unprofessional. Who is hiring these people. Not taking prescriptions to this Walgreens for while.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my repeated negative experience at this Walgreens pharmacy. Today, I spoke with a pharmacy assistant
named Sean, who was incredibly rude, kept interrupting me, and offered no real help or solutions. His tone was dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration.
Every time I come to this location, my son’s medication is not ready—even though I’ve requested automatic refills multiple times. It’s extremely stressful to have to follow up again and again for something that should be routine. As a parent, I rely on timely medication for my child, and this level of carelessness is unacceptable.
I truly hope Walgreens improves their customer service training and ensures prescriptions are handled with more accuracy and empathy. I’ll be considering transferring to a different pharmacy if this continues.

I don't know what happened to this store but it has gotten a lot better. My last couple experiences has been really good. I was really leary about picking up my prescription this time because of my previous experiences, the long waits and the rude and unprofessional behavior. But I was actually pleasantly surprised. PLEASE keep up the good work.

Bad customer service. Jessica the one on the cashier was rude and unprofessional, disrespectful, acting in a very nasty sleazy way, very bad attitude, not caring about customers and the image of the pharmacy. The manager was there and saw all this and did not care at all. The man on the cashier was untrained, not able to print a receipt and give the right cash amount. He was arrogant and disrespectful. They all acted like a gang or mafia protecting each other’s back instead of solving the problem in a quiet professional way. This pharmacy needs a big investigation.

I visited Walgreens pharmacy today and was not impressed with the customer service. Even though they are busy it is important to acknowledge a customer who is waiting. That’s is what keeps people from forming negative opinions and thoughts.

Now I know why this location has bad reviews. The pharmacy is awful none of the workers know what they doing and they call themselves pharmacy techs .. with my respect for the pharmacist she was helpful

Every time I make a purchase here, it requires me to drive past a CVS. I usually am greeted with kindness, gratitude, and fairness, and it made that drive worthwhile.
Stephanie and others allow me to purchase gift cards (always less than $50-75) without ID when I’m wearing a suit. However, she requires an ID when I just woke up and look less than luxurious this morning. She clearly didn’t recognize me from previous, identical, recurring purchases.
Ok… rules are rules. No problem.
However, when I came back with my ID, rushing to be on time for other obligations, they didn’t even check that my payment card corresponds with my ID. Just looked at my ID. Strictly profiling from a “policy that’s been in place for over a year”… but NEVER ONCE have had this issue before Stephanie and today. It would have been more legitimate if they used my ID info to confirm my card, but they didn’t. Just looked at the id and took my money.
I have (had) a wonderful relationship with this store and many employees, however this is an example of how one employee can take a life long rewards customer and turn them into a competition supporter.

Came here Saturday at 4 to reload my cash app card and the young lady behind the counter she assisted but I guess because of the amount she had to get approval from the manager however the manager approved it and continued to stay there an take over my transaction meanwhile the employee asked her should i open the other register of course to keep the line down she told her no and within seconds there was about 15 people in line and after 30sec people start asking is cosmetic’s open for check out then someone ask could they be checked out at the pharmacy they both said yes while still multiple people in line she proceeded to tell me I can’t do your transaction it’s not excepting your card mind you this was my first time ever loading it but because the line was long and people started to complain after her employee had already asked to open the other register she said it wasn’t going through and there was nothing to do so I had to take my business to Kroger same issue with my card but the representative said oh no just open your app and let me scan the barcode it’s more then one way with no issues my card was reloaded, next time she should listen to her employee and open up the other register and not just automatically dismiss someone cause your line is long and also you wasn’t trained well enough on the matter at hand. I gave it a 1 star cause she didn’t even try to help me she just flipped after her line got long and immediately dismissed me and my transaction , great job on teaching your employees on how to handle a customer.
