I experienced terrible customer service at this store. The cashier had a really unpleasant attitude and ignored my request for help with an item I needed the night before. Frustrated, I left the store expressing my dissatisfaction with her behavior. It seemed like she was retaliating, as she later claimed that I was caught stealing and needed to be escorted out by security. I was in complete shock! I've also noticed that many employees there display rude behavior and have negative attitudes.

This is by far the worst Walgreens, it is 5:33pm I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes a lady just picks up and puts me back on hold and then hangs up. This pharmacy is always out of medications. The manager Maria is the worst!

Pharmacist Maria is horrible service she’s very rude! I’ve called in the morning to refill a prescription and they said it will be ready at a certain time. When I arrived at that time they had nothing for me and claimed I never made the order. They made wait another hour, then gave me an attitude when I came back for my daughter’s prescription. Definitely changing pharmacy, you can tell they don’t like working there.

Maybe it’s just me and my personality but my energy generates good energy. I went to the pharmacy area to drop off and pick up and the service was super fast and the pharmacist was supper nice.

I came in today for ue order and was rudely addressed to go to next counter in line…by a nasty, rude woman of color with a scarf on and their were family standing in front so that’s why I didn’t move but if you don’t like your job; GO PURSUE SOMETHING ELSE like it wasn’t even a reason to address me by way she did… I sure did mug the hell out of her too bc who you talking too…smh not my job you’re a non licensed employee at Walgreens…lol I sure did address a nice older employee about her attitude! This store needs to be shutdown anyway how these customers talking on pharmacy
