The pharmacy employees I dealt with made everything extremely difficult and obviously do not like helping people. Both over the phone and in person. We will go to another Walgreens to avoid the trouble.

I’m 25 years old. They tried to tell me I had to be 40 or over to buy mucinex capsules. I understand being IDed for certain cold medications, but being denied and told I have to be 40 years old, is a bit much. Been going to this pharmacy for years, never had an issue.

They are refuse to fill ADHD medication or accommodate in any way, citing too high a patient load and claiming the doctor that prescribed it was too far since his office is in Sugar-land. It was called in by him at the request of my nurse practitioner in Friendswood, so I have no control over the location of the doctor. Plus they drug their feet on it all day on it, causing a medication gap and then had the nerve to be rude! I
would avoid this location at all costs

Very rude behavior of pharmacy staff. Long wait on the phone with no answer. Medication not in stock very often.

We have been going to this pharmacy for years. We haven’t had any issues until about a year ago. We are having so many issues. When you go and tell the mangers they help but the employees are still extremely rude at times. They act like you don’t exist. The don’t text when your prescription is ready I have asked them several times to text. It only comes in every now and then so I’ve been waiting for my son‘s prescription. Come to find out. I didn’t know that it got sent there and haven’t heard nothing so all this time I’ve been waiting for two days now and they haven’t said anything and I was just there today. It’s just gone downhill and in a horrible Pharmacy.

Called just after 7pm for a refill. Specifically asked if it would be ready before they closed at 10pm. It was confirmed that it would. Arrived at 9:30pm and was told that it wasn’t ready, they close in 30 minutes and “maybe tomorrow”. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Walgreens seriously needs to replace the staff at this location… this isn’t the first time, it happens more often than not.

My favorite part of the pharmacy is calling ahead to be told that my prescription is ready, until to show up and being told that they are out of stock. Truly a fantastic waste of time.

Somebody needs to look into the pharmacy at this Walgreens!!! I called twice to have a prescription transferred from CVS on Bay Area. The first time the gentleman asked me for my name, address, phone number, and which CVS I need to transfer from. I gave him all this. I called back two days later spoke to the same gentleman. He said I wasn't in the system. So once again, I gave him my name, address, phone number and CVS where I needed my medication transferred. He said he would make sure it was done. Well, three days later I go to pick up my medication, and the young woman says nothing was transferred. Are you kidding me? I will never ever go to this Walgreens again. I can't imagine having people like this filling medication for others!!

Worst pharmacy, apparently they do not speak to each other back there. Was asked to come back three different times. No one put in the prescription. A headache time wasted. As I saw all the employees standing there that I spoke with they just looked at each other and started moving around like they didn’t know anything. Disturbing.

The manager by the name of Sonia was extremely unhelpful after my multiple attempts at me asking for help with pics. It amazes me how people hold management positions without management traits… 2024….

The young gentleman associate today was so helpful while I was looking for batteries for my sons toy. Very positive attitude!
