Teresa provided the most amazing customer service i have ever experienced at a Walgreens. She was super friendly, asked me if I found everything okay, helped me resolve an issue with my payment, and gave me such a wonderful holiday experience. Thank you, Teresa! Ill never forget this.

Absolutely worst Walgreens I have ever been to. As mentioned by other reviews, their employees are rude and disrespectful. I have one of them not only be rude to me (and my husband in person) but hang up on me. I told the manager and requested an apology from, which I never received ....not even from the manager. Their pharmacist, was incredibly ignorant and lied to me regarding their other location's stock while trying to, I am assuming was keep the business with a non-transferable prescription. She had no idea what she was doing nor did she listen to my explanation of the situation which would have been easily cleared if her employee hadn't hung up on me.
I went to my regular Walgreens (on Clear Lake Blvd) whom have always been helpful, attentive and friendly to get my prescription. Their employees and pharmacists are absolutely wonderful. They are only about 2-3 miles apart so I recommend going to them.
I have most of their names and will make a formal complaint with their corporate HQ. They would not give me the young girl's name that was so rude to me and my husband and hung up on me. I do have a photo of her in case theor corporate office decides to follow-up on this. I will say that there was a kind and respectful young man at the pharmacy and one other kind employee in the front who gave me their manager's name (which pretty much hid from me mostly and never addressed/apologized for the disrespect I was given).

I was having trouble getting my photo order right on a Sunday morning...The lady assisting me was extremely patient and helpful...Friendly with a positive attitude...Great way to start the day...

This location is awful. The young people they hire really need training in customer service. They don’t do what they promise and don’t have the medicine ready when they say it will be. It should not take 3 hours to fill a prescription and if they are that busy then hire more or better suited people. And they really don’t care if you get your order today or tomorrow. While I was there there was also another person there that came back because they gave him the wrong medication…that speaks for itself.

By far the WORST pharmacy! The “system” is ALWAYS down. Now they experienced a “cybor attack”! The jokes write themselves. They are illiterate, incompetent, ignorant, with THE worst attitudes. Coupons aren’t honored, online, express PAYMENTS aren’t honored. I was told to pay again, for a second time since their “systems are down”and I would be refunded in 5 to 6 business days. Consumer relations/claims couldn't believe what they have been telling their costumers!

I really feel like these people(Nichol) get paid extra to be rude. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve never said anything but today when my eye was killing me they caught me at the perfect time. Do better.these people just need their meds, they didn’t order an attitude to come with it… and yes obviously I’ll be using a different pharmacy

Price says 2pcs for 3 use. At checkout they said, that they didn't change price. And now it's 6 usd. Of course, my baby held it in his arms and I couldn't throw it in the face of seller. So I had to buy it. In Europe if price of tag and checkout price are not the same, store has to adjust price to lowest or even give it free. But not here

Just recently, three of America's largest pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid) announced their decisions to opt in to distributing chemical abortion pills.I will be boycotting Walgreens until this changes.
