By far the WORST pharmacy! The “system” is ALWAYS down. Now they experienced a “cybor attack”! The jokes write themselves. They are illiterate, incompetent, ignorant, with THE worst attitudes. Coupons aren’t honored, online, express PAYMENTS aren’t honored. I was told to pay again, for a second time since their “systems are down”and I would be refunded in 5 to 6 business days. Consumer relations/claims couldn't believe what they have been telling their costumers!

I really feel like these people(Nichol) get paid extra to be rude. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve never said anything but today when my eye was killing me they caught me at the perfect time. Do better.these people just need their meds, they didn’t order an attitude to come with it… and yes obviously I’ll be using a different pharmacy

Price says 2pcs for 3 use. At checkout they said, that they didn't change price. And now it's 6 usd. Of course, my baby held it in his arms and I couldn't throw it in the face of seller. So I had to buy it. In Europe if price of tag and checkout price are not the same, store has to adjust price to lowest or even give it free. But not here

Just recently, three of America's largest pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid) announced their decisions to opt in to distributing chemical abortion pills.I will be boycotting Walgreens until this changes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREEN PHARMACY! , I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this Walgreen location. The pharmacy technicians are not professional they were arguing with each other and they are unorganized. I booked an appointment online for two vaccines and when I arrived on time, they took forever to put my information in the system even though I had an appointment and my information should be in the system, making me wait on the side assisting other costumers while filling in my information , which was unprofessional. After that, I payed the amount due and the pharmacy technician printed the proper papers for one of the vaccines and handed them to me. One of the vaccines I wanted was not in stock which was ok. I sat down waiting. A whole HOUR went by and they tell me that they DO NOT HAVE the second vaccine either !!!! They also told me that they only had one left and another lady who wanted the same vaccine checked in AFTER ME !! and they will give it to her because they said “her information was in the system before me.” They made me wait a second time while assisting people who were behind me before they refunded me. I felt very disrespected. This would have been avoided if they didn’t take forever to put in my information especially that the pharmacy technician told me that they had the vaccine.

Of all the Walgreens in the area. This is the worst. Sadly they are very unorganized, the pharmacy staff is great when they are not arguing with each other. The front clerk has no filter at all. The store manager is rude and unprofessional and seems to only favor his female staff. This is one store corporate needs to look into.

This Walgreens made so many mistakes and wasted my entire day. They forgot to have me sign a document for my PCR test and then called me hours later to come back in and redo it because they forgot to have me sign something. Then when I came back in they would not take blue cross blue shield insurance which they always have taken. They could have told me that hours ago and I would have gone to CVS instead. It’s ridiculous to waste someone’s time and then they made me go home again because they couldn’t wait 2 minutes for me to call my insurance despite them taking 15 minutes to roll their drive through window down.

Tiffany in the pharmacy was one of the rudest I met. I’ve done self-administered covid tests before, and I know how far it’s supposed to go. Tiffany wasn’t happy with how far I was going, told me “I can see you’re not doing it right. If you won’t cooperate I won’t submit your test and you’ll have to make another appointment.” Well, I waited 4 days to get this appointment, so I know I won’t get another one anytime soon. So, I tried to please her and shoved it farther up my nose. She got annoyed and told me that the test would come back negative because I wasn’t doing it right, and to just give back the swab. If this is how covid testing is being done at Walgreens, I won’t be trusting them anymore. I’d rather pay $200 at a clinic and have someone who’s trained to do covid tests, swab my nose.
