Went to go return 2 items that I bought then realized that I did not need. I had my receipt for them to return it on my card. Sergio refused to return my items because I only had a paper copy of my ID because I recently had to get a new one not only did I have a paper copy i also had a digital copy on my phone of my id. When I asked what store number it was Sergio who claimed to be a manager and the girl with him did not know the store number nor did either one of them know the general managers name. How is Sergio a manager if he does not know common information you learn. To do paperwork I know for a fact you put the store number along with the phone number. Maybe he was just in a hurry to go outside to smoke his ciggerettes and play on his phone

Very helpful, kind staff! They helped me find a location where the product I was looking for was in stock and gave me a coupon to use for the purchase! I don’t normally leave reviews for businesses but this was such a lovely experience

Tyro refusal to provide service because it's 5 minutes till closing and going home is more important than letting your customer check out the appropriate items

At this time when things cost so much you expect to get quality work for the money you spend at a store, but this is not what happened. After coming back twice to have my photo canvas frame corrected, I still get a very sloppy job where the frame and the canvas are all uneven. When you spend several hundred dollars, you expect good work, but the employees at the store take no pride in what they do in the photo center. It's very disappointing and upsetting. If I were you I would go somewhere else to have my photos printed. Especially if you want a large canvas and you want quality work. I would give zero Stars if it was possible. In addition, I had to completely return my 8 x 10 loading frame pictures because the color was so bad. The people were gray and white when the photos were printed and framed and the downloaded picture had excellent color. I was told this is the way their printer works
If that's the case, I can't imagine anybody ever having pictures printed here. Strange that the color on the canvas was good, but on the paper it wasn't. Too bad the canvas frames were all crooked.

Today I spoke with Matthew at this pharmacy, he was very informative and thorough and patient. I rarely have those experiences at my Walgreens pharmacies and I had to transfer my scripts over there and I’m happy I did because the experience was worth me writing this review. So thank you Matthew at Walgreens on Clearlake.

This Walgreens is amazing!!! Never had a problem and they deserve a 5 star rating. We move out of state and came back after a year and we are closer to wallisville walgreens the experience there was not good or maybe i should say terrible. So went back to walgreens clear lake and walah!!! Everything sorted.. I would rather drive couple more minutes to go pick up my medication than be asked to come back couple of times or the call will take 45-60mins wait. Horrible. Clear Lake Walgreens is a life saver!!!
Updated: Staff here are very professional and efficient from pharmasict assistant pharmacist the all young men and women are just amazing never had a problem at branch they deserve a good review

I had an issue transferring my medications to this location and Aanayah was an absolute angel. She was incredibly patient with my mother and me and gave solving this issue her all. Finding a new pharmacy after moving has been a struggle but she made it easy.
