Bad customer service, I left photos for print and when I arrived they were not ready, after 55 minutes. They didn't care to have them ready, they lost to received $80.00 on my photos. Need to hired people whom they really want to work and make customer service reliable. This happens at 4:20 pm 08/25/24.

Today I had a list of quick errands I wanted to complete. While en route to USPS, I remembered that I wanted to buy an extra dental bath container for my travels. So, I quickly pulled into this Walgreens. Thankfully it was open, but Hurricane Beryl damages were evident.
The store itself was clean, aisles navigateable and conditioned. Restocking was going on, but I really didn't see employees. I headed to the dental care aisle and found what I was looking for. At the register, I didn't see anyone, but a FedEx employee walked in, making his delivery, and spotted a Walgreens employee. He was the one that told me she is on her way. Once Leslie finished up with him, she signed on to the register and checked my purchases out. Her smile and eye contact were good. Otherwise, she was very quiet.
Wheelchair accessibility to store is somewhat hindered at the moment, due to Beryl. However, I did notice a repairman working on it.

They are saying my prescription is filled even though their location is closed. Now I am talking to extremely rude customer service people and am unable to get my meds transferred.

The customer service that I experience today was piss poor. I had questions as it relates to passport photos. Walgreens always advertises a quick and easy process with friendly faces. THAT WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE!!! More like smug faces and big attitudes. I tried to ask questions as it related to the attire for the photo because I truly didn't know and the photographer didn't feel like answering my questions.
I took the photo with my normal smile just to be turned away from the agency because they want a natural look with little to no teeth showing. I specifically asked the lady if I should smile or not and she stated, "Do whatever you want!" I paid my money for the photos, wasted gas driving downtown, and missed an appointment all because the photo was incorrect.
It's said that consumers have to be treated in such a manner and we have to endure the aftermath of wrong information. I expect more from managers and leadership!

Jennifer the manager went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as well as the other employees. Kevinid#315 also is an exceptional employee. Walgreens should be thankful they have such outstanding employees.

Do not come here to fill prescriptions. They will close the pharmacy while you are in line. Spoke with the manager and her response is they close at 7. No sympathy or care although you get there before closing.
