Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. All of the employees are rude and incompetent. They back talk and snap at customers. I would continue but it would be never ending. I hope you all get it together, but I’m done with you. Readers beware if you can literally go anywhere else please do, or your in for the worst customer service of your lives!!!

Marisol was helpful and easy to work with. She listened to what I needed, didn’t rush the conversation, and actually followed through, which I really appreciated. Waited in the drive thru line only for the pharmacy to put up a sign saying they were closed at 5:38pm Friday July the 5th. The pharmacy states they close at 10pm. They do not call/text you to let you know your prescription is ready. They even confirmed my phone number. They kept my prescription card and now I have to wait for them to open Saturday to get my prescription card.

This pharmacy does not know what they’re doing. I dropped off a prescription for 4 medications for told I only had 3. Had to return to get a refund for allergy medicine I told the pharmacist I did not want initially. By then I asked where the 1st medicine on the list was finally got told it was at a different location. Drove to 2nd location got told the 1st pharmacist spelt the medication incorrectly, had to return to CLINIC to get a “refill”. Small issue I could’ve dropped had all not occurred; wasn’t given a syringe to measure my 7ml 3x daily of cough medicine. Wasted 1 hour 30 mins.

Not even worth the 1 star. This is the only pharmacy in 30 miles of my house that can compound medications, that being said I am forced to use this pharmacy. I have to call my prescription in for a refill twice, sometimes 3 times before they even put it in the system to be refilled. Then, they never have it ready when it's supposed to be ready. Today they tried to overcharge me $80. Every month for several years, it's been the same issue, and even though I've spoken up about it, it's never been resolved. The staff are rude and do nothing but pick the phone up and put you on hold for 30 minutes until you're eventually transferred to a call center, who has to transfer me back to the pharmacy because it's a compound medication.

Went to store Monday and found they had not filled my prescription because its not covered by insurance. We talked and they said they'd order it. I told them I was leaving town and would be back Thursday afternoon to pick it up. They said that's fine. Came in Thursday and was told "its not covered by your insurance, we didn't fill it yet". So now with my surgery tomorrow, I'm waiting for another "promise" they'll fill it. These people are NOT professionals. I hope they close up and some other drugstore comes in their place.

This is by far the worst store I've been to
Employees gossiping about other employees and complaining. They don't mark OTC as FSA so using your FSA card here is basically useless. I will literally order from cvs before I ever step foot in this store again. The manager is so rude.

One prescription was ready, but, the other wasn't. However, "we can get it ready in 15 minutes". I couldn't wait, so, I told them I would be back Saturday morning. I went back Saturday morning and they told me again, "We can have it ready in 15 minutes". I told them I'll be back in the afternoon. I called almost an hour later and it said it still wasn't ready. Now I'm on the phone and have been on hold for awhile. I usually use the one on Wallisville, but, accidentally gave the new new doc it the wrong Walgreens.
