Absolutely trash at filling prescprtions on time. The staff is rude and overworked. The drive-thru speakers and second lane have been broken for over a year.

They don't listen CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE! and too many inexperienced people working with medicine and sick people that's a BIG PROBLEM! I may have to switch to CVS PHARMACY ASAP!!

If you can go to other walgreens or go to the near cvs i called 3 time in a day and they let me wait for 45-60 mins and when they email you for pick up its unavailable or they let you come back or they would say im sorry i dont know what happened. So if you are from the are i would suggest transfer your medications to cvs or other walgreen - this happened to me 5x i would have not written this review but its very inconvenient. So just to let other consumers know how the service is.Dont go its Terrible!!!! If they fix the system we might change the review

Just called in a Rx for a patient who is out of town, the pharmacist was very corteous and seems also willing to help . Nice and refreshing to hear professionals(colleges) with good manners and willing to help the patients❤️???

Texted me and said my rx was ready. I go to get it they say it’s not ready. I said ok I got a text that it’s ready, and they said “it will be ready tomorrow.” I couldn’t make it back for about a week. I go to get it after receiving
Two texts saying the rx is ready, and they say oh your dr didnt approve. I said what? I have a text right here saying it’s ready! Literally. Medication I am not supposed to stop abruptly, they are stopping abruptly. And let me add that this is about the 4th time I’ve had this issue. Usually they end up “finding” my prescription after I tell them to check the multiple profiles that they have, but geez I’m over it. Definitely transferring my prescriptions over to ALTO . I used them before and they always had my meds delivered at the time they would say. Idk why the heck I came back to Walgreens

Worst interaction i’ve ever had with an employee. “Manager” manny was not just unprofessional but he was also very rude and disrespectful. He gave my family and I the worst customer service. This type of behavior should not be tolerated especially when I didn’t raise my voice once and was very cordial with him. I really hope corporation does something to fix his behavior and demeanor. Beware of employee manny he will rob you of your money.

This Walgreens sold my son an empty $50 gift card. Spoke to the Manager, Mark who said he would call me back with a follow up but never did. I have called him 3 times with no resolution. They are okay with customers being scammed with gift cards.

Very bad job, my medication was ordered since last night, today at 10:20 in the morning it arrived and they told me that it is not ready that in 15 minutes 11:23 they give the medicine to my discomfort and it turns out that when I check in front of them They gave me only one, then 15 more minutes to prepare the one that was missing, the girl who was serving very badly. In short, a mallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll work

If there was a no star I would give it. Pharmacy sucks....wait in line for 5+min....just to say sorry past 130...idc my family member needed their insulin med just to get sorry we can't help. I will never come here again.
