If there was a no star I would give it. Pharmacy sucks....wait in line for 5+min....just to say sorry past 130...idc my family member needed their insulin med just to get sorry we can't help. I will never come here again.

I am currently still sitting in the store and hurried to write this review before I forgot, because I love to give credit when it’s due. I’ve been in here for 3 hours and could have saved so much more time using the Walgreens app to do what I needed ? but that’s all my fault. However a young man Benjamin informed me of the app and I still somehow downloaded the wrong one , again my fault lol. Everyone here that I encountered were beyond exceptional another young man by the name makel I’m sure I spelled it wrong stayed with me to ensure my issues that could be resolved by the store manager were addressed and serviced. ALSO STORE MANAGER mark on his way out to leave for the day he made sure to request to his associate to expedite me once their store got my order considering I’ve been in there 3 hours..ANOTHER GREAT OBSERVATION FROM MARK was that i love to see managers working alongside the associates when there’s so much traffic. As I say there and watched every customer get serviced the customer service was great and they took care of everyone efficiently. If I have to drive across town again to get this service I will everytime THANKS AGAIN TO THIS STORE

Well I got here with only 2 cars in the right lane three in the left lane. The people who work the window disappear for 15 min then come back look at a screen and go back for 10 more minutes. They need more help or organization *. I waited at the post 13 min and that grand total of 38 min for a medicine prick up

This ONE STAR is for Walgreens Pharmacy and the young lady that served the prescription drive thru window Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 around 4:00pm to 4:40pm (she has bleached blonde hair with dark black roots, also may be of Hispanic ethnicity). I waited (30 MINUTES) in that line for to drop off my two prescriptions. When I got to the window I informed her I was dropping off two prescriptions and would like to know what time they would be ready for pick up.She took close to 5 minutes inputting the prescription info into the system, then told me my prescriptions will be ready at 6:10pm. I repeated the time back to her for confirmation and she stated again that my prescriptions would be ready at 6:10PM.I left the drive thru at 4:36pm and preceded to handle business. I came back to the drive thru window at exactly 6:10PM and the damn gate was down on the window, so I went inside and lo and behold the gate was down at the pharmacy. THIS MEANS THE PHARMACY IS FREAKING CLOSED!Why on GOD’S green earth would that young woman tell me my prescription would be ready (6:10pm) at a time at which point the PHARMACY IS CLOSED and the prescriptions can not be picked up?!????I blame Walgreens for not informing their pharmacy employees of the hours of the pharmacy and not posting the hours on the pharmacy drive thru window. I also slightly blame myself because I should’ve known but for the most part I blame Walgreens Pharmacy and the employee for not informing at the time of of drop off that I should come early because the Pharmacy closes at 6:00PM.

The pharmacy has declined in customer service; the wait in line is 30 to 45 minutes on good days and on crowded days...just leave and go back another day, the wait for your meds could be hours. Also the app, they don't follow the app; they say it is not accurate. The app shows my meds are ready and when getting to Walgreens it's not ready. Don't ever call the pharmacy you will be on hold so long, I was in the store in line still on hold and 2 customers in line with me were on hold as well and when the phone rang in the pharmacy they did not speak, simply placed us back on hold. We were in line and just standing in shock. I will have to go back to mailing prescriptions and not through Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy. They always mess up. Listen to all these reviews because they are correct! Do yourself a favor and choose a better pharmacy not one ran by idiots

Deborah Wright at the pharmacy was rude and told me my prescription for my elder grandfather was not available. After going home and calling the doctor I called back just for a person to tell me that my prescription was there and was ready. Even though the I was told my grandfathers prescription wasn't even in the system only a half hour before. We are switching to a new location.

The first guy I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful in the photo section. He told me to order my photos online and they'll be ready in an hour. I came back an hour and 30 later and the photo section was completely deserted. I asked a cashier to help me and she called for someone who didn't even speak to me, just started slamming boxes and stuff around. Then she left again. Some other guy that worked there came and helped a customer behind me and left. I just wanted to come and pay for my photos man. Idk if they short staffed or what but they need to get it together.

Do not get your vaccine here. Make you make an appointment. Take 30 minutes after your appointment for a 30 second shot.Our fault though as this was the second time they did the same thing to spouse

Just saw and experienced poor customer service. A long line formed in the front. This bald guy with a gray shirt finally opened second register. The lady in front of me had a milk. She rush to his register. He said no there are people before you. Lady said no problem. He checked out someone else. Then asked this guy. Guy said no. Then he finally checked the lady out with milk. Another lady showed up behind me. Tell why when he was done he never offered me next he took the lady behind me. ??Trash customer service. I said something and he never apologized. I do have to say 5 stars for the young lady at the front. She remained patient and friendly. I think she too good to be working with poor support.

If you’re not patient, go to another location. I’ve been double charged and had to follow up for nearly two months before reimbursed. I’ve made multiple attempts to pick up prescriptions that were marked ready only to be told they weren’t ready when they arrived. I’ve had the staff attempt to sell me their own pharmacy discount card when the price was cheaper without. I honestly can’t understand how they are in business. It’s worth your sanity to drive to another location with a more competent staff.

As other people have said, this pharmacy is a disaster. The waits are long, and the customer service is usually nonexistent. Today, however, I was the recipient of a small miracle and I want to give Oscar the appropriate credit. My mother is in the process of moving, and her medications have been temporarily lost in the move. She cannot go without her meds even for a day or two, so I called to request emergency refills. The pharmacy only hung up on me one time, so I called back and Oscar answered pretty quickly (less than 5 minutes). I explained the situation, he understood everything I needed, checked availability, and ordered the two meds that were not in stock. More importantly, as soon as he processes today's meds, I should be able to pay online which will make the pick-up process a little better. Although today's experience was amazingly good thanks to Oscar, this pharmacy doesn't employ nearly enough Oscars.
