Incompetent workers there. I’m a 2X Iraq veteran and I need my medicine. It was delayed for 4 days then they tell me the doctor didn’t sign off on it when I know he did. I need this medicine to manage every day life and now I have to wait even further and they could care less. So nonchalant and dismissive.
