For the betterment of the company. Do better. Management Chris. Comes off as rude,lacks problem solving skills and critical thinking. Pharmacy lacks effective leadership and customer service. Unfortunately mistakes happen yes, being thorough when processing transactions/meds would be helpful. Not denying their mistakes.
