I have been coming and refilling all my medications at this Walgreens for over 30 years and I have never been treated the way pharmacists Caroline treated me today. I couldn't hear her over her typing on the computer so I asked her who I was speaking with and she yelled at me that her name was Caroline and proceeded to spell out her name and I told her hold on I'm not ignorant and she put me on hold and a minute later my call was disconnected. From all the reviews I've been reading that were negative is the way I feel today the way she treated me. Does Walgreens not care about customer needs that they keep pharmacists like this that treats your loyal customers like crap? I was just released from the hospital yesterday June 8th & was trying to find out why my prescriptions hadn't been received. When the pharmacy answered I asked who I was speaking to and I couldn't hear over the typing she was doing while speaking to me. She yelled caroline and proceeded to spell it out to me & not in a nice way & I said hold on I am not ignorant and put me on hold & a minute later was disconnected. I'm making a complaint and will not stop until something is done about caroline and rude customer service. I'm 67 years old and a looong time customer. To be treated this way is unacceptable.

It's always SOMETHING!!!!!!
I ordered my refills Thursday for Saturday pick up but didn't make it until today which Is Wednesday.
I went inside today due to the incompetence when you use the drive thru.. waited inside 30 minutes and then right when I'm about to be called to the counter 2 ppl cut infront of me right infeont of the pharmacy worker WHO SAID NOTHING WHEN I ADDRESSED THE SITUATION. just to get to the counter and be told my prescription isn't ready and they don't know Why!!!!!! This is definitely the worst pharmacy in the area but what can I say crappy area crappy service

Doctor sent in my prescription and when I got there to pick it up they told me that my insurance didn't cover it and asked if I still wanted it. They didn't even call me to let me know ahead of time or anything. This is the second time they do this. Worst Pharmacy customer service I uave experienced.

The worse customer service at Pharmacy. She said I'm by myself Before I close Im going to call 9:33 pm tomorrow is good Friday and she is not sure about nothing
At 5:00pm it was 4 employees and by 9:35 by herself what king of empathy or compassion they don’t care my husband need his medicine as soon it’s possible. The worst our last time visiting this store they should go out Business. I am very disappointed. omg 4 employees at 9:49 Pm

Customer service is non existent here. Racist Indian cashier, not everyone steals. It is rude to do what you did to my wife. Work on your customer skills and don’t let your judgment cloud you. My wife worked for Walgreens and she would have never judged someone like you did. Do better Walgreens.

I left Urgent Care drove 20mins away to this location for the pharmacy tech to be rude and tell me it’s too soon for a refill and told me he can’t take my paper from the doctor because it’s too soon for a refill on some medication I just got prescribed. Don’t go here if you’re sick and want your medicine asap. They will play on the phone and string you along and transfer you to other departments than answering your question.

CAROLINE IS HER NAME !!! If u see a big eyed lady with dreads or box braids or whatever she had at the pharmacy window please ask for another worker this lady was soooo rude and dismissive , she charged me for some medication that I told her I didn’t need ,she sent me to the 2nd window to assist the other people in line , leaving me waiting for a long time in the second window , she eventually had me send alllllllll the medication back and closed the window down and she said had to go on lunch break and won’t be back until 2pm !! People are really out here fighting for their lives if you don’t like where u work please find another job because we do not deserve that !!! The manager was very sweet and understanding and the 2pm clerk at the window was pretty and very helpful and the cashier at the very front all were so sweet !! So I wouldn’t give the whole store 1 star for something that Kermet the frog did !! But this 1 star is for you I’ll find your name and report it to corporate don’t worry !

I have a very bad opinion of the pharmacy, they prescribed me a medication and they made me go twice for pleasure and they did not prepare the medication for me, I have to spend time and gas to go a third time, that is bad.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy here today. The technician Que was very hostile and rude to both her co-workers and customers. I've seen her swat off her co-worker while they were asking her a question. She seems to be taking her anger and frustration out on everyone instead of being aware of her actions. This behavior is not anything new and I've seen rude behavior from her before. I hope to see improvement from this pharmacy location in the future.

This pharmacy is garbage ! Went there today at the drive thru line. There were like 4 vehicles ahead of me. I was last in line. Whenever it was my turn, the clock turns 8pm. And of course, they shut their window and closed on me. Wow !!! Unbelievable!! Now that my 75 year old mother couldn't get her medicine. What a joke ! HEB pharmacy nearby would be a better choice. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs there

I wish I could give ZERO STARS, I waited OVER 24 Hours for my medication person she's not wanting to take care of patient because you also have you have to love your job has sympathy be patience friend no matter what patients complain. What if you are the patient l what if you are the patient in pain, the medication was sent over 24 hours and we kept calling about the medication and you said it's not ready. You didn't even tell her to come and pick your medication ready. They said it took a lot of time to make this medication but when I go there and started a fight they made it in less than 10 minutes. I am not a confrontational person but this situation infuriated me, I came here for my CHILDS MEDICATION WHO HAS BEEN IN PAIN FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS WAITING FOR THIS MEDICATION. I will keep writing reviews till I receive an apology because this is COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL.
