Scammy. I stopped in to buy gum which was plainly marked 2 for 1. I read the promo marker meticulously and proceeded to the register with 2 containers of gum, priced at ~$5.00 each. The clerk charged for both and asked “are you a member?” I said “no”. He said “you can join to get the discount”. I declined because there were others in line behind me and it was scammy to bait-and-switch me that way.
I will avoid Walgreens with my future purchases. Their creepy and greasy business practice has cost them a customer.

I do not understand why I call to see just if the prescription is there and if the pharmacy is open, but I get some AI bunch of crap that doesn’t do anything zero I want to talk to somebody. Nothing Walgreens sucks.

Love our Walgreens 529/Queenston. Pharmacy is outstanding greeted with a smile and a friendly face. The pharmacist is wonderful and very helpful this morning a great shot giver!!!! The store is always clean.

What's going on with pharmacy.First I'm being told $800 for medicine.Then i called the pharmacy to get the name of the medicine, now it's only $10.

I've been coming to this Walgreens for years as this is a very convenient location. The Indian guy cashier is so kind and always very cheerful. My issue is with the pharmacy though. I went in for scheduled flu shots (keyword scheduled,) at 6:30 & 6:45pm for my kids. I checked in at 6:33pm & there was a rather long line in front of & behind me. I had to fill out paperwork which was essentially the same questions I answered online and that was kinda annoying. We sat there until almost 7pm before the pharmacy tech even looked in our direction. Finally I got up and as soon as I did the pharmacist came up and greeted us. The pharmacist was ultimately very nice and the flu shots only took 2 minutes but that wait was a little ridiculous. I'll keep shopping here but I don't highly recommend the pharmacy.

Lovely staff, I never do reviews but I had to for these folks! I just had the best customer service from Mrs. KeKe and Mr Kevin both were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind! They are true gems and such a rarity in todays world! I truly appreciate Mrs KeKe's dedication to helping her customers and determination! She's a keeper, and deserves a huge raise and praise for her positive attitude and unmatched ability to make her customers feel like they matter! Her beautiful energy and enthusiasm is infectious! Thank you for renewing my fate in human kind! May you continue to shine bright!

I wish I could put 0 stars, the pharmacy team is the WORST I have ever seen. I got married and I changed my last name, they could NEVER figure out why my medication was under a different last name. I have called, I even went to the store to explain with my insurance card and my new DL with my new last name many many many times. Last night I went to talk to someone to get my meds because it is not possible to order my meds in their app because I have a different last name. The person who talked to me said that my meds were going to be ready in 1 hour. When I came back my medicine was not ready. They told me that my meds were going to be ready the next day at 12pm, today I went to get them at 3pm ….guess what??? They were not ready, when I told the person that I have been there the night before to fill the prescription, she told me last night’s pharmacist was from a different pharmacy and did not know anything!!! Don’t waste your time … it is very frustrating!!!!

The pharmacy team either need’s customer service training to adjust that attitude over there or just throw the whole team away. This was just me experience over the phone. Will see if they are just as rude in person as they are over the phone. The rating is only due to them having what I need in stock and they answered the phone in a decent amount of time.
