Pharmacist are rude and do nothing but put you on hold. There’s this one African American lady that works there and she is always so rude over the phone like I’m an inconvenience to her. I just called at 9:30 am on 7/3/25 and had to deal with her attitude again. this will be my last month filling at Walgreens. It’s always a headache.

Please don't use the ATM machine.
It took my money that I was deposited into my account. Now I have to go through all these hoops on getting it back.

I have never had any issues at this location. This visit I did my passport photo, the ladies were so nice and very friendly. Made my first experience good for getting that passport photo done. Very helpful and even though they were slightly busy they were very pleasant to everyone.

This location on Aldine is barely suitable.
They have ZERO customer service.
While waiting nearly an hour for a prescription, I shopped for batteries. There was no tag on the shelf. I used the scanner function on my Walgreens app to determine the price.
At the checkout, the products rang up for twice what appeared on the scanner!
A manager appeared and I showed him the scanned price. He said, “that’s the online price.”
If I’m shopping online, I wouldn’t need to use a scanner! A scanner’s best use is for checking a price in store, right? I didnt buy the batteries and the manager had an attitude when I decided against the purchase. He literally said nothing when he voided the transaction. He just turned and walked away.
I passed Walmart and CVS to get to this store. I won’t pass the CVS next time.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS
I used to work at walgreens for 4 years before I quit 5 years ago, and this is the worst location I've even had the displeasure of visiting.
Today, I bought a sunscreen that expired this month, came back in 15 minutes later to exchanged/refund it, the other sunscreen of the same type on the shelf was also expired. The lady at checkout told me it wasn't expired yet when it expired this month. If she was ever trained properly, she would know that sunscreen is supposed to be removed from the shelves THREE WHOLE MONTHS before it expires. She tried to convince me it wasn't an issue. I insisted cause who can use a whole bottle of sunscreen in two weeks?? When I was buying the screen for my vacation in a couple months. So idiotic. I was finally able to get store credit and went to another location to buy the same product that WASN'T EXPIRED THIS TIME.
Literally showed me that these employees aren't trained and they can't think for themselves for two seconds and go "yeah we probably shouldn't have expired product on the shelves."
This place would only be useful burned down.

Today will be my last day using this store. I have has so many issues and nothing has been done. They are not customer orientated. I ask for the GM to contact me and I never heard from him. Elizabeth, the store manager, send me into a mental health crisis and I had to be hospitalized. My coupon expired because of the stress caused by refusing to allow my service animal in because I didn't have his best on, but I had his id. No customer service. $10 is a lot to me, but not Walgreens. Where is the customer service. If I wouldn't have been triggered, I would have never had any suicidal ideations. Sad....money means more than a person's life. Wake up and do better WALGREENS....
First, it was my fault that I didn't double check and get all my packages. However, it was a little issue trying to prove I purchased the items. One assistant manager said one thing, but changed it. I had to go home and come back, which was an issue. However, Stephanie, the store manager, found 2 of the 5 transactions done on Easter. She took care of the issue and everything was great. I appreciate her timely manner and preventing me from coming back a third time. Breathe and communicate and I think that's why it ended positively. Thanks again Stephanie....

Hello the Pharmacist Olina at 2717 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, Houston, TX 77073 was completely rude to me over the phone when at 6:17PM my doctor sent over a prescription because they closed at 8PM. She went on to tell me that I'm not the only person waiting for prescriptions to be filled and I told her it was antibiotics for my 10 year old child with lung pain and she implied I should have came earlier than 6:17PM because she would "try" to get the prescription done before 8 but could not guarantee. She said she had "20 prescriptions" she needed to fill. When I came to the store there was 0 people in the lobby. Nobody waiting. I am sure there are cameras that can testify to what I am saying. No sense of urgency whatsoever from her. The technician was overwhelmed but not rude. Please talk to your pharmacist about how to speak to customers. I was not being rude and was simply asking to have the medicine done by 8 basically a mother pleading! because my daughter needed to start it that night! She kept telling me how "you are not the only person needing it, there are other people waiting" basically get over myself. I worked in pharmacy precovid so I understand the stress but 20 prescription to be filled in 1 hour and 45 minutes is nothing. Do they need help? I could lend a hand. Jesus. I asked if she could put it in store (term used by Walmart) and she acted like I was speaking a different language and corrected me by saying "I could put it as waiting but there are more people waiting" i dont care what term is correct ma'am the condescending tone in her voice is unwarranted when she knew exactly what I meant! To add insult to injury there was nobody waiting she just wanted to be difficult! It was only 20 pills and the RX script could be typed within 20 seconds! Oleena needs to go do some customer service training because when speaking to customers with sickly children being so disrespectful and rude is not cutting it Walgreens not at all!

Called Walgreens to check if they have in-stock allergy medicine for my toddler, staff said they might not be able to get it today as they were closing soon. Staff sounded as they didn’t wanted to assist. They had about 50 minutes before closing. 20 minutes later I walk in to the store, a Hispanic lady saw me but never greeted me until 2 minutes later. As I was asking her I was checking if the transfer was successful done, she talked to another staff member then to tell me someone else was working on it. Never experience something like this before. Face-face staff should always greet the customers and asked for a min or two if in the middle of something.
