Make sure if you call in a prescription that you also call and talk to someone so they can ACTUALLY fill it. No one fills it if you just call it in and the automated system tells you it will be ready on a certain day at a certain time. Talk to someone so they can actually fill it. I waste a lot of gas going and finding out nothing is ready after I called it in on the automated system. Oh and then call and see if it’s ready before you pick it up. This pharmacy is snail sheet and they play games.

The pharmacy is always quick and efficient! Very friendly and attentive staff with any question I might have, and I am always in and out. Will always choose this Walgreens to pick up my subscriptions.

Walgreens Pharmacy has horrible customer service. They DO NOT communicate with the patient. I hate that my insurance doesn’t use CVS 100% better than Walgreens. I guess I’m going to have to do Walmart. Ugh!!! If you have a choice do not choose Walgreens. Maybe it’s just this one but that’s all it takes and the pharmacist said “I’m sorry you feel that way!”. I had knee surgery and I’m in pain!

My grandmother had just got out the hospital and we were trying to get her prescription filled as soon as possible. The tech stepped away and I was waiting to see if she needed anything else and she rudly came to the window and stated you can come in but you can't block the drive thru. First and foremost I was waiting to see if she needed anymore information or what was going on because of her vague statements. Your attitude nor statement was needed. If I wanted to go on that is what I would have initially done. Then when I go in the second tech asked if I needed anything and I said I was waiting and then she gets an attitude and says well you can sit down and wait, if I want to stand or walk around I can, worry about your job and getting the prescription out. I was more concerned about my grandmother in the car, so I didn't want to sit. So better
