This review is strictly for the pharmacy at this location. Twice in the last two weeks I have gone here to pick up an allegedly ready prescription. Each time they have given me a seemingly new bottle/package. The first situation, I was missing 4 out of the 12 pills I was supposed to receive and the seal on the bottle was missing. They fixed it- fine, no big deal, right? Wrong.
For the second incident, I was missing 1 of the three items I should have received. When I went back for them to correct it I was told that that was all they had in stock, I should keep the two and HOPEFULLY they would have some shipped in by Monday to replace the missing one. Idk about anyone else, but I am not trying to spend all my time at the pharmacy.
They knew that they only had the one incomplete box, and still tried to foist it on me anyway. This is a pattern that needs to be addressed.
I returned all pharmacy items. Won’t be returning. If you value your sanity, go to another location. This pharmacy sucks.

About a week ago I went to this location and had the nicest experience. I’m shocked about the other reviews being so bad, Khaled was the nicest, most patient worker ever. He brightened my day up immediately.

April 8th, 2025 11:38am…Checked out and needed my receipt from the very beginning of the interaction with Cashier Nina it was very unpleasant. Rushed, Extremely RUDE, just an immediate annoyed energy from her! Like I was bothering her for simply just checking out. I hadn’t had time to enter my phone number before she told me the total it slipped my mind to enter it as soon as I walked up because I was getting my money out and ready, when she said the total I said oh wait I need to enter my phone number and she said oh you haven’t already done that as if she couldn’t see on her screen that I didn’t. Then I ask for a RECEIPT and she was became very hostile and said if you want a receipt you have to wait 10 minutes to get it which was very confusing to me. I ask why it didn’t just print and she said someone must of signed you up for digital receipts it wasn’t me it could of been someone from yesterday, last week, last year I don’t know and it doesn’t matter! Then she proceeds to yell out it’s 11:38 wait to the side for 10 mins very rude! I asked her what her issue was and she said just stand to the side and be quiet as if I was a child! I went to the side and called Walgreens customer service complaint dept, Nina didn’t have on a name badge, she was dressed in all black pajamas cloths, I didn’t realize sweat pants were work appropriate attire: the entire time I’m on the phone with customer complaints she is laughing at me, looking at me laughing, talking about me to other customers in which they was asking if I was okay on their way out the door this entire time I’m standing to the side not saying a word to her at all! I waited for my receipt for 30 MINUTES! In which time she called me Ugly and said I wish I could be as beautiful as she is! Not sure where that came from in her mind to say that to a customer! She is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with the nasty attitude she has!

This is the only Walgreens I will shop at. All of the staff are wonderful friendly and knowledgeable. They will go above and beyond to find what you need and continue to meet your needs. The selection is usually in stock and has a variety. The veteran staff recognize regulars and are always helping with the best deals for their customers. The security guards at night are also very friendly and helpful. We don’t get our prescriptions here but can typically find a what we need.

I don't really have any complaints. I'm glad that it's there because it's very convenient when I need it especially in the middle of the night, and it's close by.

The pharmacy staff are so unbelievably rude. They act like they are forced to be there. It takes 10 minutes for them to answer the phone and when someone finally does, they are rude as hell.

Gave us an expired epi-pen and refused to exchange it for a non-expired one stating “all the epi-pens that we have are either expired or near expiration”. I spoke with a manager who basically gave the same answer.

I’m sure they don’t even read these but to the man working the photo counter just now, please don’t flat out tell a customer “no” like they’re stupid when asking for their order, that was supposed to be ready an hour ago, and then proceed to tell me that you have other work to do and come back tomorrow. I was picking up engagement photos and a canvas print that I was very excited to hang up. I know things can be busy at work, I’ve been there, and I would’ve understood if he explained that to me kindly. Take your business elsewhere.

The blondie cashier (I don't know his name) from today's morning shift treated me horribly.
I recommend the company make a adjustment to its employees. Attention is paramount and the customer is always right.
If I go again and he treats me badly again, taking into account how he does it, I will file a complaint for Homophobia.

One of the nicest Walgreens that I have been to. It looks like this Walgreens also carries plenty of Houston tourists' stuff that you can pick up if you are a traveler and would like to get some Houston-related souvenirs.
