I want to thank Kim for the outstanding service she provided during my visit. She assisted me and my baby with her very first passport photo, and I truly appreciated her patience and kindness throughout the process. Kim gave me the time I needed to comb my baby’s hair and waited calmly until we were able to get a good photo—with no rush at all.
Her gentle and understanding approach made what could have been a stressful moment feel easy and comfortable. Thank you, Kim, for your professionalism and care—it made all the difference!

Every time I go to this walgreens pharmacy there's a problem. Every order my doctor sends in they have some issue from their end.

KIM the tall cashier is A1 With customer service, from the moment l walked in her greeting caught me by surprise. I noticed it was a bit busy. While holding the front cash register down by herself. I asked, where l needed to go to take a picture for my passport? She informed me to wait by the beer coolers & that she would be right over.
After my photo was taken l was informed about the Walgreens credit card. So I took a risk & applied, which l only came in to take a passport photo. As she was ringing me up, she also informed me about the Walgreens app, and the discount that you save by clipping coupons, so I ended up buying a few things. Only totaling up to about 100 dollars lol all in all it was surprisingly THE best experiences at Walgreens i’ve personally had.
I say that because normally cashiers at the remaining CVS’s and Walgreens have really nasty attitudes. Great attitude & BEYOND Helpful she was. I’m not sure if this person is new working here or not but keep that attitude, you will go far in life. I wanted to ask to speak the the manager but l figured a review would be just as effective.

Kim-Makes this Walgreens such a pleasant experience every time I walk in he's super friendly and there to help customers. I actually prefer this Walgreens because of the pleasant experience and interaction I've had with him over the last two years. He's up to date about what products are available, what they may or may not have, and always has an inviting conversation. Thank you Kim for being a light in this Walgreens.

Funny looking tall guy with the pig tail braids had an attitude and didn't understand when I asked him where the restrooms were. Seemed like he was on something. Horrible customer service. He also eats while he's taking customers. Unprofessional and gross

I honestly just use this Walgreens to hold my packages. The other reviews are correct, the store is empty, it's like 2 1/2 ppl working, lines be long for no reason. I just watch as I'm waiting on them to bring my packages.

This is the worst walgreens i have ever been to, shelves are half empty, cashiers have terrible attitude and aren't helpful. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but there.

First of all I been to this Walgreens location many times and never had this problem untill today I asked the cashier to reload my chime card but that she needed additional identification cause my ID expired the past week ago but I had order a renewed one and have the paperwork on my phone to show they said they would not accept it unless it was physical and turned me away not even ringing me up for the items I brought up front because I was being rude after hearing they smart comments towards I asked to speak to the manager Maria came to the front and the other guy manager were very under trained and unprofessional!!! They profiled me and my African American friend the moment we walked in only asking us if we needed help instead of all the other new customers that walked in that's very racial profiling!!! I left the store called corporate and went across the way to San Felipe Walgreens location and they RELOADED MY CARD without hesitation. Maria from westhimer and boss informed me none of them could accept a temp ID if it wasn't physical and I wanna know why ! They are racist and need to be fired even the pregnant lady at front . If I could give 0 stars I would .

I purchased one item at the pharmacy this white complexion chubby Asian male who rang me up said with the item I purchased no longer needs a bag when I purchased the item I’ve gone to many Walgreens I’ve never heard of that. I’ve already called corporate on him. I don’t what his intentions are but I hope the management puts him in check

NOT a FedEX drop off!!!!!! Don't waste your time. Tried to drop off a standard FedEx envelope weighing about 1oz or the equivalent of 6 pieces of paper. They said they couldn't take it. They have no idea what they are doing. Skip this place for any FedEx needs.
