A computer system that actually worked would be a great improvement. Also, pharmacy personnel with actual people skills would be an asset.

The pharmacy staff are rude and disrespectful. Especially, Spencer M., he claimed to be the Pharmacist on duty, but was not properly identifying himself, the consultation was closed all day, signaling that there was no pharmacist on duty. He refused to provide medication review as requested for my disabled client, without his presence. I told him I am the caretaker and would like to review patient medication profile for accuracy, because we always have issues getting scripts filled on time at this store. He told me sit and wait a few minutes; after 30 minutes, he comes back, and says, what is it you want now? I repeated my request; then he says, "I'll get you the med in5 minutes!( the medication for the prescription sent to them since January.)?Then when I asked for the medication review, then he goes back to "there are laws..." he never took time to verify patient information or my identity on client's profile. He was just outright dismissive and condescending. Then he wrote Spencer M. 1-800- walgreens for me to complain. But refused to furnish proof of properly identifying him as a pharmacist. There were no valid pharmacist license or certificate posted on the wall. He told me corporate only needs his first name and last initial.

Except for the friendly girl in hijab, everyone else was very unfriendly and unprofessional. If you don't want to waste a whole day, go to another store.

Avoid curbside pickup, they will tell you that can't find your order and keep you waiting just to tell you they don't have the items after they charged the money.

This pharmacy had one outstanding employee. Her name is Fatima. Whenever she was off, it was a s*** show. Now that she is gone, it is the worst pharmacy, either d**** argumentative , lazy employees. They didn't know what express pay was and argued with me about it until the pharmacist confirmed that I was right. Pathetic. This pharmacy needs to fire everyone and start over. And when they do, they can get Fatima to teach them how to do it properly.

What the f**** Why is there always an issue with this store? I been coming here since 2000. Always a beggar outside . Run out of some item l need. Rude or stupid manager. Today l just want to put money on my card. I was able to do 3 days ago. $300 without and ID ( some reason you need ID) . Today l left my wallet at home and l use my phone to make a deposit usually. This manager refuses even when l can tell him my DL #. Its the closes store near by and today is my last time ever going back. CVS is a little drive away but l never have any issues.

Avoid this location!!The pharmacy at this location is pathetically disorganized..My prescriptions have been put up before they are all ready, the staff clearly doesn't care, the structure of the pharmacy forces people to line up in an aisle where everyone is not maintaining distance because there isn't room..Too many products are locked up throughout the store, its easier to get them somewhere else than to track down someone with a key.

This is strictly about Nina's customer service! I have been to 9 Walgreens within 2 days trying to completea photo project. After knowing what to do now, and what questions to ask, Nina guided me through the process. Her patience and expertise made my experience better!!!!

They told me to wait 10 minutes for the prescription get filled. After nearly an hour wait, they told they didn’t have the medication at all.Awful service!

Omg the absolute worse experience ever!!! I received a call to come in and get my second vaccine shot. So I drive up here and the guy at the window is telling me I have to make a appointment. I'm telling him that I just received a call and that's why I drive up here. He trying to brush me off so I asked to speak with a manager. I talk to the manager and she tells me that I don't need a appointment for the second shot to just go back over to the window. At this point I just don't trust the process at all. So I'm just leaving and I'll find another place to go. Very disappointed with the customer service here.

Extremely slow service. Limited waiting seating. Arrived early but it seems they only have once pharmacist on duty. Please honor your vaccination appointments. I was reminded twice via phone call and email about my Covid vaccine injection but have been waiting for over a half an hour along with two other people.

Delivery drivers beware!!!! I was sitting at this Walgreens Monday, 16 August 2021. I had someone tried to break into my car. While I was sitting in my car waiting for a delivery order. Unfortunately for the sorry sack of s*** thief, I carry. Once the individual realized what was pointed at his forehead when he was trying to break in to my back passenger side window, he took off running. Him and a group of other pieces of s*** jumped into a newer model yellow Camaro. Probably at the very least 2018 or newer and drove away. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location. Ever, never and effin never again. Get some security for the love of God Walgreens.
