The medicine was ordered at 11 am I called at 230 pm to see if is ready an African American lady pharmacist pick up the phone and very rude told me that he did not understand the message from doctor and she did not have time to call him she will call him now and I know the doctor I talk to him and he said she did not have the medicine and she recommended something similar that they have I called her at 4 pm she said it will be ready at 5 pm I went there at 5 10 I ask her if is ready she said the doctor did not tell her to change the medicine the doctor is my best friend she lied over and over this is not the first time this happened I finally change my pharmacy this is the worst pharmacy in Houston that I know

This store does not process returns or exchanges for international customers despite having the original purchase receipt and payment method at hand. They expect a local ID to process this standard transaction.

Attempted to buy some Advil Cold and Sinus medicine at 1:30 in the afternoon. The pharmacist wouldn't sell it to me because he was closing for lunch!
No wonder Amazon is trouncing Walgreens. And it helps explain Walgreens stock price decline from $55 to under $10 (down over 80%) in four years.
Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of arrogant incompetents...

I had food doordashed and it was delivered wrongly to this store and delivery driver came back 5min later and the employees stole it. Absolutely awful place I will never ever spend my money here.

They told me my prescription would be 2 hours. I gave them 4. When I went back they said 20 min. I waited 40 then left. It is so aggravating to wait and still not have what you came in for. Now I have to make another trip.

The pharmacy management is now so improved! I had difficult questions which took time and a ton of effort on their part to answer about the pricing of my future prescriptions. I have decided to make this my home pharmacy. Walgreens is a huge company and each location functions differently. This location has had service issues in the past. It is now a trusted resource for my pharmacy needs.
