Absolutely the WORST Pharmacy. Staff is rude, confused, unprofessional… my doctor called in a prescription for me. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacy supervisor asked me what was the reason for the medicine. I told her that I felt certain HIPAA rules precluded her from requesting that information of me. She said “then I won’t fill the prescription”. I questioned if she could actually override the doctors prescription? Her response was “I just did” !!!
My doctor was stunned! I will never use Walgreens again.

Their anwering machine takes forever to route your call. It has to tell you the answer to every question they've ever been asked, including directions, hours, location, lunch breaks, etc. by the time you actually get a person to talk to, you're so tired of trying to get the idiotic AI to direct your call, only to find out that the pharmacy is so understaffed that no one can answer your call. You can't take their texts or their emails for granted, because many times, I've gone there and they don't have it ready for reasons they don't disclose in the text or email. Plus, they seem to be so short-staffed staffed, the pharmacy is closed during their operating hours. The people are nice, but harrassed. They have rules to follow, and they can't make exceptions. Mostly they try to help you, but if they don't have the medication or your doctor didn't respond, they can't do anything after hours. I'd rather get in the car and drive there than try to get anyone on the phone. I tried the closer CVS but they misfilled a prescription with the wrong medication, so that was a deal breaker.

Do not come here for passport photos.
Do NOT risk it.
The employee messed up the dimensions and when I told him they needed to be corrected and even showed him the exact guidelines he told me I was wrong and he hasn't heard any complaints. Maybe no one has told him. Either way, he shouldn't have ignored me specifically telling him what needed to be corrected.
The passport pictures I got from here were rejected. It took me 3 months to get this appointment at the German Consulate. Luckily, I went elsewhere and had another set of pictures taken properly.
He put my entire application at risk, and I drove hours to get to this appointment and had to book a hotel overnight.
This is a wasted $17 on these photos, plus what could have been hundreds of dollars between travel, hotel, and taking off work.
0 stars for horrid customer service.

Terribly ran pharmacy. Unfriendly. Can call and ask for refills and they aren’t refilled. Can leave a message and they don’t get refilled. Go on line and don’t get refilled.
I’m set for alerts and when it is ready they don’t call.
Switching pharmacies despite the location being most convenient pharmacy to me.

So frustrating. I can never get through to the pharmacy. Whether I walk up or do drive through, it takes a long time. They run low on my meds and offer no explanation. I get a message saying am Rx is ready but when I go to pick it up, it's not. Now my Rx delivery is missing but they say a new refill is not authorized. Did I mention I've been on hold for 9 minutes?

Pharmacy is running a scam
Each time that I requested a refill for my birth control they would say they only had a one month supply… which my insurance would not cover, so I had to pay. This place needs to be investigated.

This store had bags of ice for $3.99 during the storm. This is absolutely ridiculous how they took advantage of people doing a horrible time...who is the manager? An American store manager would have Never done this...SHAME ON THEM???????????

The service I received from the hispanic girl with glasses deserves a 1 star. Her customer service skills were terrible.I waited almost 30 minutes for her attitude.Unexceptable!
