The staff are slow, which would be fine if they weren't also incompetent. I made an appointment for a specific vaccine, and upon arriving they very slowly gathered my information and then made me wait 45 minutes before realizing they had run out earlier in the day.

TERRIBLE experience at the drive thru. Came to get a covid test that I signed up for with an appointment, and it took a whole hour! Irene and her trainee did not know anything about the test being free if you don't have insurance, which wasted so much time for myself and those who were waiting behind me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Been going to this walgreens for years and never encountered a yelling employee at the pharmacy. I called in to ask about my mental health medication not being filled and the employee (M) stated that it was not filled due to it being $200 and I didn't have insurance as the reason it wasn't filled. I was confused why having insurance or not made a difference since I have been getting it filled. I asked if it was something new, she stated it was policy. I was already driving to the facility to go through the drive through but insisted on going inside to find out more about this new policy. The employee (M) came from behind the corner YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME A LIAR when I asked to see the policy and the supervisor (A) stated that we were being emotional. All I wanted to do was get the 1 medication that was ready, but (A) came back with the unfilled meds w/o my knowledge, which kept me waiting even longer. There were drips of customers, so they were not busy when I came in. I was so embarrassed and highly upset as I suffer with and illness and can't take this level of anger from others w/o retaliation. But I took deep breaths and closed my eyes. I made a call-in complaint the next day, then received a call from manager 9/8. I was advised that they will "talk" with her. The whole treatment I received was unnecessary! I will no longer use this Walgreens pharmacy.

Horrible customer service the heavy set lady manager that was there today need extra training I'll use my gas and go to the other Walgreens down the way

Called ahead to ask if they did passport photos they said yes. I asked again if the camera was working and I was told yes and I said I was on my way before hanging up. I got to the store with my 2 month old just for them to tell me. We asked if they could verify because we had called 5 minutes before coming and the employee didn't even bother he just kept saying it wasn't working. It's hard enough to take my baby out but to deal with the lack of communication and lying from the employees is unacceptable. If you don't wanna take the pictures just say so.

PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! there's another one down the street. I can't even begin to tell you about how many times this place has done me wrong. Thanks for making me leave work early to get my medicine, cause you call and tell me if I dont get it within the next hour that youll put it back, but NEVER even tell me its ready until the previous day. I have asthma, jerks. I need this to breathe. No consideration!!! Never coming back. ✌️

RIDICULOUS! The fact that i'm TOSSED around on HOLD for 12 minutes to speak with the pharmacy before even being greeted is PATHETIC. GET IT TOGETHER WALGREENS !!! If I could give no stars, I WOULD.

No Damm wounded. The big fat manager, Tara is the store manager. That why the store has a 2 stare, I have never seen 2 stare. Tara is the ruddest Manger ever. Run, don't shop at this store.

Worst delivery experience EVER. Ordered delivery today, two items were out of stock. Okay no problem. The price should adjust accordingly… so I thought. Wrong. I STILL got charged for the out of stock items, and when I contacted the store manager thinking it would be an easy fix… she tells me, “There’s probably a glitch in the system, you’ll have to call technical support and explain. Or you can bring the items you did get back up here and I’ll refund the whole order”. No ma’am, I shouldn’t have to call anyone for a mistake YOU made. And I ordered delivery because I don’t have a way up there in the first place!!!!! Duh!!! Never will I ever do delivery or curbside at this location in my life!!!

Pharmacy is so crummy. They called me saying my prescription was out of stock and they could give me a partial so I drive over and the lady informed me that it of course was out of stock and for me to make a uturn and get back in line again while they fill my partial fill because it wasn't communicated to the staff I guess?

I am looking for a closer pharmacy to refill my husband prescriptions but they have Very bad patient service, Pharmacist are rude and unconsidered. Is very easy just say no for them and wash their hands saying that already place my order look for a different Wallgreen. Don’t show any sympathy for the patient, trying to go there because is close home but is not worth it.

I have never been denied service I show my insurance card for a COVID test and they are saying I need another card I always get my prescription and everything with the same card

Nevermind the long lines, being left on hold, being hung up on after waiting on hold, being told "rules" that other pharmacist have contradicted so you don't know who to believe, ect. That are in all the other reviews (and yes have happened to me also). If you have a legitimate prescription for a controlled substance, don't go here for your prescription. I moved to this pharmacy after the pharmacist at Fuqua canceled my prescription for no reason and then yelled at me over the phone. Apparently this is just how all walgreens pharmacist are taught to treat customers. I had a "last straw" moment yesterday. Talked with my doctor and we sent my prescription to the HEB across the street. I was treated like a person and not judged. I should have looked at reviews first. Just really, take your business elsewhere.
