This is a pretty mediocre pharmacy.It's not the best, but it's close to where I live and it's very convenient.The workers are nice.

The customer service at this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. I just left the store I waited at the counter to be helped. One woman was on the phone with a customer, cool not trippin about that, another woman was in the window with a customer not trippin on that either. They were working, a woman comes from the back makes full eye contact with me says nothing and starts talking to a co worker. I waited maybe 2mins for the conversation to end so I could get help. Nope they were still talking when I walked away from the department. Don't come here if you want your meds but if you want to know what techs are sleeping together this the place to be!!!

I didn't plan to do another review on this store but here we go. Let's me start with the positive first. All of my recent pharmacy encounters have gone well. All of the pharmacy employees have been very professional. However, I was informed by the manager today that I could come in the store for a refund that I have been waiting a month to get. The refund stemmed from a canceled Express Scripts delivery. I made multiple calls to the store and eventually had to call Walgreens Corporate office. I spite of miy efforts I still did not have my calls followed up by a supervisor in the time period of two days. I went to the store last Monday and again today and had a very poor customer experience with Serena ( store clerk). I asked the manager a question today which prompted him to tell me that he had already talked to her about it. From her demeanor and response today his talk must have gone in one ear and out of the other. I have been a manager before and I wouldn't tolerate this behavior and attitude in a business my name and reputation is connected to. There are two other locations in that area that have either closed or is closing this month. I am sorry but there are too many people currently looking for work to ever kept this kind of employee around an extra week. If I were manager she would have been let go today. Smh....I transferred my prescriptions to another location much farther away hopefully not have this issue again.

Don't try to call the pharmacy. They will put you on hold and continue to put you on hold without letting you talk. UNPROFESSIONAL! 30 minutes of "... Thanks for calling Walgreens, Hold..." click... "...hold please... click" "...Click, click..." I get that the pharmacy is busy, but I was calling a script in as a physician on the physician's line. I have patients to tend to as well! I will not be sending scripts over to this Walgreens anymore. Corprate- train your employees better. District Manager- try calling your stores more often to see how your employees treat your customers.

Let's address the mildew mold smell, I have asthma and the smell of mold and mildew almost made me have an asthma attack. Whomever is in charge needs to get that handled before someone actually have an asthma attack.

And not knowing that although I have ADHD, I am a sociology major because the way people with ADHD are treated often influences how they perceive themselves based on how others treat them. I believe everyone deserves to be treated as another person would want to be treated, no matter what. This Walgreens is so ghetto. Just because it's in this neighborhood, I have problems with my ADHD medication. Although I have ADHD, they talk to me like I'm stupid because of stereotypes, not knowing I have ADHD and anxiety due to childhood trauma. On the bright side, this neighborhood is what you would call a lower-class neighborhood, but no matter how a neighborhood is labeled, no one should be treated with poor customer service. I believe everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, no matter what. Krystal

Gift card buyers BEWARE!!! Do not buy gift cards from this location. I was utterly embarrassed recently when I mailed out gift cards as thoughtful gifts only to be told they had been wiped clean of the funds I deposited. I highly doubt the store was unaware of this occurrence but their was never a written or verbal warning and I had to be told from one of the recipients of the gift cards to my disappointment that their card had a zero balance!

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist Rilwan, was rude and unprofessional, his staff is unprofessional as well. This man gave me the hardest time just fill a RX for some prenatal vitamins. He refused to give me his supervisor information. Everytime I come to this pharmacy there's have a problem. That's ok because I will not be going business with this Walgreens ever again.

too many crackheads & dope dealers trying solicit at the store front, i worry that someone will eventually get robbed or hurt . this location needs to be closed permanently . it honestly breaks my heart that no one made a post regarding this . ppl are literally doing drugs in front of the store & no one has said anything about it . my heart breaks to see the women strung out but not too hurt to where l feel comfortable giving them money in front of the store because all they’re going to do is smoke it up . this store struggles with lack of staffing & security ain’t no security the employees aren’t required to run them off or decline service unless they’re threatened so don’t expect the workers in there to give you the top notch customer experience this isn’t river oaks they owe you nothing but i will no longer be returning to this location i only came to drop of my grandmother so she could get her meds .
