My doctor refilled my eyed drops for my allergies in October of last year and this Monday. I didn't receive the medication in October got side tracked due to family emergency. Called yesterday to see what's the status on the prescription and I'm told it's not on my insurance formulary anymore. No one called to tell me this. Another medication is out of stock since Monday and still not in. May have to switch vendors not happy

First and foremost, I work for the company as well so I know what good customer service looks like. This particular location is horrible. I try my best not to come here but it’s so close to my house, sometimes I have no other choice. Seems like all the associates that work in the morning hates when someone walks in, no one greets you. Cashier had a “I don’t even want to be here” attitude. Then My online coupon wouldn’t come off, I said ok, moved on. Gave her a Catalina, that wouldn’t work either. She didn’t explain why or even tried to help… store manager stood right there and didn’t even try to help. This location definitely needs some more training/coaching.

LAURA made me feel uncomfortable for trying to use my coupons and put a face when i tried making a second transaction. I just left all of my items on the counter and told her I was done with my shopping. Completed my first transaction fast because of how rushed i felt with her

Horrible experience today ! Extremely rude. Mad at her team for leaving her alone with new people working and she was loud about it. Asking her for help and she says wait ! Like ma’am I’m trying to get my pictures I can’t find them , and super rude about it.

I always go to this Walgreens but I went yesterday and the customer service changed completely very bad service from the cashier, she treat me like if I’m going to ask something for free. The cashier very rude, very disappointed, I spend $88 but with this customer service I don’t going come back anymore

I rated the place a 4 star and that's only because the cashier was kind, helpful and showed great customer service. Other than that, when I walked up, a homeless man was sleeping at the entrance and scared the heck out of me! The area in general isn't the best. The cashier there apologized and said they've tried to get the cops involved and him to leave but he always just comes back. But overall, ignoring him, the cashier remained professional, kind and helpful.

I had a very good experience with the pharmacy today! Carlin was very helpful in helping me find where the plan b was, picking up my prescriptions was a breeze in the park with the amazing service that I had received!

Went to Walgreens to get 2 prescriptions filled for my granddaughter. The Hispanic lady with the short hair cut said that Medicaid paid for one prescription but not a he other prescription and my total was $11.99 for me to walk all the way home to go get the money and come back and a young man filled the prescription and for Medicaid paid for it. She didn’t apologize or nothing just walked away and for the young man to apologize which was so rude of her. Walgreens need to get more people like him that knows what he is doing instead of people that’s there just for a pay check and an attitude

I went there to buy a gift card and apparently the cashier didn't know what she was doing, cause my card was never activated and tried doing it myself online and it told me the information was invalid as if the purchase was never done. I lost a $100 and the another cashier just told me without hesitation that there was nothing they can do when it was clearly the employees fault.

This pharmacist Nasrin was very rude she is blonde with an foreign accent. I was in the waiting lane to submit my refill bottle she told me in rude way we don’t take it you need to do it online i asked her to help me do it online and she refused. I kept my lane till i reached to counter and there was a black male was on counter he was very nice he said don’t worry about her i will help you outDope your refill bottle and come back in one hour it should be ready
