Walgreens has received positive feedback for its helpful staff and management. Customers appreciate the excellent service from Nisha, who resolved issues with points, and Lupe from the pharmacy, who went above and beyond to find medication for a customer’s son. Although there were some delays during a COVID test, the system was back up quickly. Areana, a photo clerk, was especially praised for her patience and kindness while helping with memorial pictures, even buying flowers to brighten a customer's day. Overall, Walgreens is recognized for its caring and dedicated employees.
The pharmacist Pho at the Walgreens on post Oak and Court Road was so incredibly helpful. I was so impressed by her.

I highly recommend asking for Asha at this location to help you with anything in the store including checkout she is the fastest and most knowledgeable in the store her customer service is top tier and welcoming to everyone
