HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GABRIELLE !!!!!!!! Lord Jesus if you don’t like your job please find a new one!!!!!! Love this Walgreens people me there are great at the front, the pharmacy manager was awesome when I called in to transfer my medication to this location, the other pharmacist Kim is sweet also but that girl GABRIELLE WAS SO RUDE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy staff played a prank on me today when I called. They kept taking me off hold for a split second and then immediately putting me back on. The second time they did it, I could hear nothing but the employees laughing hysterically before putting me back on hold. Why do you guys think it’s acceptable to play pranks on customers? Especially ones trying to get their medicine? I am Reporting this

There is an employee by the name of Carmen as a cashier, she has a real bad attitude and poor customer service, gave my 7 month pregnant wife and I a real bad attitude while making a purchase, we left the items we were gonna purchase at the counter and left then took our business across the street to the CVS pharmacy and made our needed purchase. Will never go back there and make a purchase.

So when you go to wallgreens and you tell the person on the register I want to use my points here's my zip code, you expect them to put it in. We'll this Mexican lady there right now acts like she doesn't know what I want done, but she's worked there for a while now. Why do you all still have this ltady there walgreens?

I have come to this pharmacy for many years and have always been impressed with the speed, attention to detail, and quality of care any time I have been helped by Joseph the pharmacist, or Claudia or Jorge. They know their jobs very well and do their jobs very well and they CARE. Any time I have been in a bind like on my way to the airport and coming from a doctor’s appointment with a sick child needing a prescription before the flight, or issues with insurance, or needing general advice, they have always gone above and beyond. So often when trying to get help these days, you get the runaround. I have built up a great deal of trust in these three and am especially grateful to have them working at this Walgreens. Thank you.

The walls aren't green, to start with. It's a very expensive store, more so lately. Service isn't good. Lines can be long. The prices are ridic. It's helpful to people who just want to pop in late night and grab something but we always feel ripped off.

Very poor customer service. I understand everyone has to go to lunch. I walked in at 1:29 PM. Just turned 130. They were already helping two people on the line just had a question. She looked at my face and said I’m sorry we’re closed. These are the last people I’m dealing with. Thank God it’s not an emergency, but people need to think especially if you’re right there and still open. At least ask the question to make sure it’s not an emergency, I will definitely be changing my pharmacy and I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 20 years

Walgreens is one of my favorite stores but this one was fatal, I placed an order online and when I went, no one knew how to respond to my article, which to make matters worse were my children's probiotics, which made them sick and when I entered the email again that my order was ready it said that the order had already been lifted. That is to say, they robbed me themselves because without identification they do not deliver. order
