Never order pictures from this place. I spent too much money on pictures that were clearly intentionally bent. I had to go back 3 times to get everything in my 1 hour order. The 3rd time I got there everyone was so rude and disrespectful. It wasn’t me that messed up the pictures!!! They wouldn’t let me use the card I had online so I have to go back a 4th time for a refund. The lack of organization and job completion is annoyingly gross.

I give Walgreens, not specifically zero star since it makes it really hard to get a discount. It shows the discounted price, I took the item, went to check out, waited a long line then found out I have to download the app, install and search for the item coupon to apply at check out. Walgreens, if you want to give ppl discount, just give a discount. Why makes it so hard for ppl ro get a discount. Its misleading for sure…

Walgreens Pharmacy extremely slow in filling prescriptions. It’s been 2 days now. No phone call no text. My doctor accidentally sent it to. Walgreens. CVS ROcks. Would have had my prescription yesterday.

I’m a CVS customer but came by because I was in a hurry and needed a medication filled before a flight. The store opens at 8 AM, and I arrived at 8:45 AM. No other patient was there, and the pharmacist told me it will take 30 minutes. I left, then saw the drive-thru on my way out.
So if I had come to fill a prescription via drive-thru, would I have waited 30 minutes outside? What’s the point of being open at 8 AM if you can’t address customer needs?

I came to do a passport photograph tired uploading the digital copy and it kept saying there is no lighting in the picture. Went there the next day was told that it was going to be sent to my email waited and I didn’t see anything. I tried explaining to her that I live far away and it will be difficult for me to come back. She told me that it has been voided twice and it can’t be resent. I don’t know why I will pay for a service and I wouldn’t get it. They were very rude

I was so surprised when I received a phone call from Ashley from the Gessner rd. location. She then asked me if she could help me with anything and if I needed any of my prescriptions refilled and I thought WOW WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ashley went above and beyond and hopefully everyone can learn from her what excellent customer Service looks like. if you need a prescription filled go to the Walgreens On Gessner and Kempwood and ask for Ashley she’s the best and can make your life easier. Expired products!
Just passing through I stopped by for drinks and snacks for the kids. Drinks and juices in cooler section were well past their expiration dates!! Spoke to manager to inquiry about this, who responded that he doesn’t get very new shipments for juice. However, I don’t agree that being a justification for leaving expired products on the shelf.
