I was standing in line around 6:50 pm and there was 2 customers ahead of me, a man standing to side kindly gestured to the lady ahead of me if he could step in front, he then showed his phone to the cashier/manager, the cashier rudely responded with an aggressive tone“sir you have to go the pharmacy for that and get in line, everybody here is waiting.” When it was my turn I asked him if he was the manager and I asked him if that’s how he treats all his customers, he proceeded to tell me how rude the customer was, the customer clearly didn’t speak English. He spoke to me so rude, I then told him I didn’t want to talk to him anymore and to let me pay, he said “bye.” I stepped to the side and started helping the customer and the manager was bad mouthing me and the customer to the gentleman that was behind me. I looked at the manager and said “sir I’m trying to help one of your customers” and he said go help him over there.” For this reason I will never shop here again.

I can see why this place has 2 stars, the manager can’t manage his own temper. He went off on an old man that didn’t speak English and then when a female customer tried to defend him he gave her attitude as well. I overheard all this while shopping there. It’s a mystery to me how he got his position in the first place, but I will not be shopping her anymore.

Feels like a prison now - everything is locked up! I went early when it was very calm and there was still a big wait to get everything I needed unlocked. I feel terrible for the employees because they obviously hate this too (at least the lady who helped me does). I hope their sales tank because of this. No one wants to wait around for 5, 10, 15 minutes to get their basic necessities unlocked. Seriously, so many locks. Don’t waste your time here.

I mortified went to the location this evening and as I was walking out of the store, this lady by the name of Latoya or Latonya, she’s an African-American lady, she’s about 6 foot eight, extremely angry, unhinged, unprofessional, and mentally ill. I don’t know who is hiring this person, but I am going to file a lawsuit against the store and look into it and contact the highest authority possible, there’s no way or reason a customer should be treated like this. I actually took a video of this woman threatening me, physical violence against me and tried to fight me physically I just couldn’t believe it. I thought she was going to charge me so I screamed at her back so she can leave me alone screaming isnt in my character. I can’t believe that I was harassed and threatened by an employee of this store and this is a representation of Walgreens. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. I’m contacting the highest authority possible. I’m going to file the police report and lawsuit. This is unacceptable. I advise no one to go to this location; it is ghetto, unhinged, and a threat to a human's physical well-being. This woman will literally try to attack you for absolutely no reason.

This is my Walgreens, I love how clean it always is! It’s very organized and the staff is always friendly! Every time I come in I’m always greeted nicely, key is a very nice person also, he’s always very helpful! Thank you

In this store I suffered from Xenophobia because of the manager. In fact he made fun of me with another customer. I went to make a deposit to my account that I opened with my credential and the response was that I am not a citizen and he asked me for a Texas credential. and I get completely upset.. Worst store I have ever had the displeasure of using. 10 months of misinformation, mistakes, lies, stupidity and total lack of accountability. I will go 2 miles away so I can get my medicine in a timely manner! 2 weeks without neurontins is pure hell I wish on no one!!! Get a better staff!!!

It is always an experience going to Walgreens. Since online prices are lower than in store prices, I bought vitamins on line. At the store, the sign for Bueno Choc Bars said 2/2 or 1 for $1.49. I wanted to purchase 2 but the register rang up $3.02. The cashier working on 2/15/23 @ 10 am could not comprehend the error even after I showed her the sign.
Yes, I have mad the correct decision by not choosing Walgreens as my Preferred Pharmacy.
