Horrible wait and service

Worst pharmacy ever. Lots of mistakes, meds take forever to be ready. Staff is rude and disorganized. Was dispensed the incorrect quantity of medication and not informed it was a partial fill, resulting in having to pay full price for the second half because insurance wouldn't pay again in a month. Completely inappropriate dispensing.

I'm pretty sure that when you put in a prescription refill order by the automated phone system or on the app, the staff just deletes it. I have to go in person to make sure they actually refill it, and I have to wait there for them to do it because if I come back they still will not have filled it. Sometimes I have waited over an hour because the pharmacy tech told me he was filling it and they were not. So I had to go back up multiple times to make sure it was filled. The pharmacy staff act like you are inconveniencing them by existing. Forget trying to call and talk to a pharmacist. I've had better customer service at free clinics where everyone is rude AF.

I went in for a passport photo, at around 7:40 PM. They close the photo service at 8:00. The young man took it in front of a white cabinet, with small digital camera. Didn't seem too professional, but it came out great, in about 10 minutes. Wish I could put that photo on my driver's license. They also gave me a digital copy, so I can renew online if I want. The price was fair.

Do I have to give a 1 star to this place??? I wish 0 was an option because this Walgreens has the worse customer service. The lady at the Photo Booth was bothered when I asked to take our passport picture, didn’t give me heads up and took picture. When I asked if I could see it, she walked away with an attitude. People without customer service skills should not get jobs dealing with customers.

For Any and All of your Photo Needs (or anything else you need) go to this Walgreens Location and see/talk to CYNTHIA!! She is the BEST!! She goes above and beyond, she goes out of her way to help you, to assist you, to make sure you're well taken care of and that you get everything you came for, and then some, and she does all of this with a smile on her face!! She knows her stuff, knows what she's doing, and is so Very GOOD at it all!! She is Sweet, Friendly, Personable, and all with a Great Attitude, Outlook, and Personality!! Cynthia is FABULOUS and OUTSTANDING!! 5 Stars For Cynthia Hands Down, Across The Board - Always!!

Reporting this pharmacy the state board. Patient neglect is huge here. Physician support is nonexistent. I urge all physicians to ask their patient to change pharmacies. 0 stars.

People waiting in line. As soon as it hits 1:30 they tell people they are closed for lunch. No warning to those in line that they are about to close. So I wait 15-20 minutes in line, then get turned away just as I reach the front. Very unprofessional. Why don’t you warn people in line?

Forever grateful to the Walgreens pharmacy assistant manager Jennifer. Today is her last day and she went above and beyond the duties of her job title to assist me in purchasing the medicine needed for my child. I appreciate her personable response and her willingness to help. She would be a compliment to any professional medical establishment and it is my hope that she hit the highest pillars of success.

The pharmacy staff is rude, dismissive, and not helpful. This happens with every visit I’ve had over the last two years. Go to a different Walgreens.

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Walgreens Pharmacy. Despite my urgent need for clonazepam to manage my panic disorder, especially with my dad being in the hospital, Walgreens has completely failed to provide the necessary support and service. I called in my prescription a week ago, and yet, they've told me I must call back tomorrow to request the prescription manually due to a so-called state law about refilling too soon. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear that the healthcare system, as facilitated by Walgreens, is not equipped to support those in genuine need. The lack of urgency and understanding for a condition as serious as panic disorder is appalling. The bureaucratic hurdles and inefficiencies only add to the stress and suffering of those who rely on their medication for daily functioning. This experience has only exacerbated my condition, making it evident that Walgreens is part of the problem with healthcare in America, not the solution.

Literally ALWAYS at least a 20-30 minute wait every time I pick up a prescription. None of the pharmacy staff move quickly or seem in any hurry. They never smile and all seem like they hate their jobs.

I went this morning 2/2/24 around 7:30am and not only did I have to stand there and wait for the cashier to finish what she was doing on her phone , when I asked her where things were in the store she said “ I have no idea you would just have to walk around and see”Horrible customer service.
