Today is July 8 and is 5:03 I have been more than HH at the drive throw calling and the lady just decide to ignore me I came this morning too and they told me it takes more than 24 hours to get my medication. This is great.

This is the most pathetic pharmacy in Houston, last time I had to beg the lady to feel my prescription I’m literally in pain , then next time i try again my order not ready, then I come back they go on lunch put sign up while I’m standing right at window and say I’m going to lunch it’s lunch .. it literally take 2 min to give me my prescription.. I wish they start over from scratch.

this folks are terrible, you wait on the phone line then they drop your call, they tell you to keep waiting then they drop your call, you go in to talk to them and there is never anyone on the phone.

This Walgreens at this location of Westheimer and wilcrest, is the worse.
The customer service here is very horrible bunch of rude employees at this location, whenever you call this location you are kept on hold for ever whenever you called and later hangup on you.
This location is frustrating in getting your medication is either they just put in the order that you gave to them a day or two ago. You drive to come and pick up your medication is never ready.
I just got put on hold till I was tired.
Very sorry ass location.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every time I get a prescription filled here, it takes days ( even for emergency medication!!), the line is a mile long, the drive thru is a mile long, and there’s 200 people in front of me on the phone!! Like what is going on? You’ve got to either hire more people or implement a better system. It cannot be that complicated.

Only gave 5 stars strictly because of the pharmacist BACH. Such a lifesaver. Just moved to the area and no one could get my medication right, but him. He took his time with me unlike the others to make sure everything was satisfactory and correct. I appreciate him greatly!!!

Worst choice of walgreen. Pharmacist absolutely suck at their responsibility. Because the failure to do things timely I have been hospitalized 3 times now. WORST LOCATION EVER

If you’re looking for a new pharmacy, this is not the one!
It takes forever to pick up a prescription. Went to the doctor on Monday it took until Saturday before it was ready to pick up. This has happened on multiple occasions, I just decided to leave a review at this point because nothing appears to be changing.

For the love of God people, take your passport photos at the post office or at the passport office. Why take chances with a minimum wage employee taking your photo? Walgreens locations RARELY take the pic correctly. If the passport office rejects your photo you will end up traveling to the first floor or to post office to retake the photo anyway. 2nd, if your photo is rejected simply take it back to Walgreens with receipt for refund. You are allowed a refund if rejected. Walgreens has been screwing up passport photos for decades!

They wanted to leave my service dog outside in a very heavy rain because I didn't have the dog's document in my hands. It's something very inhumane.
