I had the worst experience in this store!I can't find the products I used to buy, the shelves are empty and dusty, and they lost my order!After making me wait 3 weeks for some prints they just lost my package! Unbelievable! Just go to CVS, way more professional.

I’ve been a customer for the last 7 years and by far I had the worst experience while taking a passport photo. The manager aptitude was the worst and happened without excuse at all. I highly recommend the management company of this place to consider sending her for customer service skills training ASAP or hire another person. Thank you Walgreens for everything else besides this fact.

It was good. We found some bottled drinking water that I wanted that did not have baking soda/sodium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate in it.

Such a slow service to pick up a prescription, there’s two employees, only one car on the drive through, one person in line at the store and it still took 15 mins for me to pick up a prescription. Too absurd…

I was picking up prescriptions that my doctor sent on Tuesday. Wednesday: only 1 out of 4 was ready. Thursday: only 1 out of the remaining 3 was ready. When asked when all my prescriptions will be ready, couldn't tell any specific time. Avoid at all cost.

The place offers price opportunities if you buy two or more items but it is the norm to enter the phone number when paying to enjoy that offer and the cashier was unable to explain this so I paid the maximum price for two items. Purchase time ap 1.00 pm

Please update the time of operation. Online it states the hours are 7am-11pm. However, when arriving at 7:30am it says on the store that it opens at 8am. Please update.

This location every times I go there I feel like customer bother them. The photo department should closed there, I went there twice the same day for a photo passport and both time the photo still not good and they told me there’s nothing they can do…. One of my daughters passport photo is not the right dimensions and can see on the photo the contour black of the background white asked them it’s normal they just reply yes paid almost $200 for a bad passport photo I have to go to another location to get it done the right way. The two starts only for the old man at the first register.

They shouldn’t offer anything related to photos, including processing 35mm film, at this location if they aren’t going to have people who know what they are talking about or doing. I used to go to a different location and they were ALWAYS on point. Also, not very polite here either.Will be putting in several complaints to corporate not only on the store manager shay but all the employees here, especially maureen. Tried calling and was given sarcasm,& rudeness. When going up to the store to speak to someone in person, she kept laughing with another associate down the aisle, who I didn’t catch his name when asking for a manager, due to the fact she was the one answering the phones this second time. Guess they forgot the mirror that goes all around Walgreens letting you see everything in the store. First time I had this issue with calling last week, I didn’t get the girls name or the assistant managers name, who didn’t help either. I even asked the assistant manager if different Walgreens processes film different, my old location took a week and I went to them with film every week for the last 6-8 months, she said no. Should have said yes, I dropped a roll last week at my old location and was told a week again. That location the people were actually nice, and even chatted with me about cameras and film.When the store manager finally showed up today, she didn’t offer any help or apology whatsoever. Just stared at me blankly. I understand y’all aren’t paid very well, I’m not either, & people can be crazy, but find another job if you don’t care, or can’t offer even basic customer service.Also, if it was any one of y’all in my shoes but something you truly cared about, you would be upset too. Especially to be met with such horrible, petty, & uncaring behavior when I never yelled, or cussed, or disrespected any of the associates. I had stopped using Walgreens when they gave me issues with my prescriptions about 2 years ago. Will always go to CVS now, the customer service at my location is the best I’ve ever had. I recently moved, if you can’t tell, and will drive the 25 min to see them when I need too. I found another company to develop my film, waiting on my 2 rolls and then will no longer be using Walgreens for anything. Where there’s a Walgreens there’s always a CVS.Update: after reaching out to corporate the store manager shay did reach out and leave voicemails on 2 separate occasions. When my pictures finally came back, took longer than the 2 weeks the associates here kept saying, a store associate by the name of Robert left me a voice mail stating my pictures were in. I picked them up that day. I received 2 more phone calls stating why hadn’t I picked my pictures up and how they were confused. Maybe check the photo area to see if my pictures had been picked up? Trying to give basic customer service doesn’t include continuing to contact me when I already have my pictures. Just goes to show how the customer service is a joke to these associates. They truly try to antagonize you in every interaction. I also have all the voicemails via text as my voicemail isn’t technically set up. Sorry all the associates are confused, not surprised though with how they act and treat others.

I had such a great experience while visiting the pharmacy. The technician, David, answered all my questions and gave me great service. I’m definitely going back.
