Very low and miner customer service and lack of employees work in pharmacy. Long line of customers are waiting for hours most of the time.

This Walgreens always has what I need the ppl here are very professional I came in to buy compression socks for a 14 hour flight and the pair I picked up was priced at 11.99 when I got to the register it said 37.99 the employee went to check where I got them from and he honored the price of 11.99 that is customer service. Love ❤️ this local store. Area is rough but customer service shines through 10/10.

The team lead with glasses was rude like very rude yelling that i couldnt use the restroom i was there to pick up my order that i put in hrs before and still wasn’t ready by the time they closed . I work at Walgreens too theres no reason to be yelling !

Absolutely the worst Walgreens. I called from another city for my 75 year old uncle to speak with pharmacy. They kept pushing back to being on hold. They would pick phone up and put me back on hold for over 10 minutes. I tried calling the manager line, someone picked up and ask me to hold and never returned to the line. Whoever the district manager is , needs to come a retrain the employees or higher a more reliable staff.

Every time I got a prescription filled though there was always a problem it was waiting time would be hours and hours and hours if you try to call him you never got a hold of anybody I have moved my prescriptions from the store and I will not ever ever get them filled there again

The truth is that it is a bad service. I wanted to deposit money into my account and the cashier was very heavy, racist, she told me that if I was not from America I did not have to be here and she also told me that if I did not have a valid identification I could not put my money and so unfortunately it is people like that who leave you in a bad position, good pharmacies But hey, that's what you hire. Unfortunately, I will never go to that pharmacy again because you do not need an identification to deposit your money, it is illogical.

There’s drug heads that hang out all in front this Walgreens. The pharmacy is so slow! They don’t answer the phone. When you finally get someone on the phone, they immediately say “can you hold please”. No hello or nothing. Pulled to the drive thru and pressed the button the pharmacy said something and hung up. Still no hello, can I help your or nothing! HORRIBLE!!!!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! THEY ONLY FILLED MY MEDICINE ONCE AND THE NEXT TIME IT READY TO BE FILLED THEY WOULD NOT DO IT ALTHOUGH MY DOCTOR CALLED AND SPOKE TO THEM AND GAVE THEM EVERYTHING THAT THEY ASKED FOR. I DIDNT GET HER NAME BUT SHE WAS A AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY AND SHE LIED SAYING THAT I HAD TO HAVE SHOTS AND BE IN THERAPY JUST RECEIVE MY MEDICATION THAT I HAVE BEEN TAKING FOR OVER A YEAR. YOURE NOT A DOCTOR MAAM!!! PEOPLE GET A LITTLE AUTHORITY AND IT GOES TO THEIR HEADS. WOULD YOU HAVE GIVEN ONE OF YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS THIS ISSUE?? HOW CAN YOU TELL THE DOCTOR WHAT A PATIENT NEEDS??!! ITS SAD AND I HAVE BEEN HEARING OTHER PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THIS LOCATION

We got there at about 8:08 to get prescriptions. We waited almost an hour and they only served 2 people in almost an hour. They closed the window on the lady in front of us after taking her card. She then had to press the call button so they would give her card back and her prescription. It’s absolute unacceptable how they handled the drive thru for the last hour of the day.

Horrible ! I used this Walgreen's location as a drop-off for a package delivered by FedEX.
FedEx notified me that my package was at the store. Walgreens claims it was never delivered. A manager stated that it's possible' someone walked' behind the counter and stole it ! Wow! It's anyone's guess who 'stole' it. Do not use this store for package deliveries !
