The stores are clean, and the staff is generally polite and helpful. One customer was particularly impressed when they were able to order Children's Moltrin online at 8:55 pm and pick it up just a few minutes later, even when the big stores were out of stock. Another customer had a great experience with the photo department, using an online promotion to create personalized Mother's Day cards that turned out crisp and clear. However, not all experiences were positive. One customer noted that an older cashier at the front of the store exhibited racist behavior, often trying to ID the customer during card transactions or scrutinizing cash payments. Despite this, the customer still praised the store's managers and most of the staff. Today I when to pick up my online order, Had a question and Ms. Barbara I think that's her name but it was with the B. Help me out with no issues!!. She when above and beyond even apologize for the inconvenience that they had a item out of stock i order.. She provided good customer service and very nice!!

Terrible customer service in the photo department. No one greeted me or even asked if I needed help. Tried buzzing the bell to get help, no response. Just witnessed employees walk past me & talk amongst themselves. Would NOT recommend.
