Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Walgreens. I arrived well before the posted closing time, only to find the doors already locked and the store closed. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online and on the storefront. Otherwise, it’s unacceptable to close early and leave customers standing outside. I came specifically to pick up an item I urgently needed, and this lack of reliability and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. Do better.

This store closed 30 minutes earlier multiple times they scheduled to close at 9am and they will lock the doors earlier

The pharmacy is a joke! Calls go unanswered and if someone does pick up, they will hang up before you speak. Horrible experience!

The pharmacy is full of madness. I called and was literally re-routed through the phone system 7 times. Then placed on hold with no answer. This location and walgreens as a whole sucks, really hate CVS locations are closing.

Today I when to pick up my online order, Had a question and Ms. Barbara I think that's her name but it was with the B. Help me out with no issues!!. She when above and beyond even apologize for the inconvenience that they had a item out of stock i order.. She provided good customer service and very nice!!

Don’t get me wrong… The staff is always very polite. But they have really got to figure out how to run their pharmacy efficiently. Doesn’t matter if you go inside or go through the drive-through, but most people prefer not to go in. I understand that five cars being ahead of me is not going to be quick and that’s not the pharmacies fault… But I should not be in line for over 40 minutes. If someone is taking that long, they need to be told to come inside and deal with the issue instead of making everyone else behind them wait.
We’ve been coming here for years, but we are seriously considering moving pharmacies for the simple fact that I have to cut anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour from my time after work because I have to anticipate how long it’s going to take them to get through the drive-through customers. This isn’t a one-off thing. This happens just about every time. And that is insane.
PS: the photo is a picture of my place in line when I arrived… Nearly 20 minutes ago. That means they are taking at least 15 minutes on a single customer. How do they not see the problem with this?

I found what I was looking for, get to the cashier. I came up to the register, nobody in line, a customer comes up while we are about to check out, a guy appears out of nowhere to finish checking out the cashier said. We wait, then our turn, he does not greet us, or say a word except, do you want a bag, I said no thank you. I tell him to have a nice evening, nothing. He was not wearing a vest or badge name, I will never shop at that one again. I work retail, and that was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Don't get your pictures developed here unless you want to wait all day for someone to come to counter and give them to you. I saw my name on them so walked around the counter to get my pics and at that very moment some girl who claims she is the manager said I can't do that. She wanted to work on her schedule and just wait forever no thanks I will not be back!

Someone from this branch called me last week and suggested for them to refill one of my medications to coincide with my other meds so once they get refilled moving forward, I can get them all at one go, seamlessly. Free of charge. I agree. She enters it in their system. Medication appears on refillable option in Walgreens website. I process refill. I choose a date and time. I get confirmation text message. Today (pick-up day), I check the Walgreens app and now there is a problem with the refill and I have to call them! No email on this problem. Good thing I didn't go straight to the Walgreens Branch.

Terrible customer service in the photo department. No one greeted me or even asked if I needed help. Tried buzzing the bell to get help, no response. Just witnessed employees walk past me & talk amongst themselves. Would NOT recommend.
