I think there needs to be an investigation at the pharmacy. Not to give out too much information but every single time I get this one narcotic prescription filled they dont have enough. Or I have to wait a day or 2. Yeah. I think something is off at this location on Barker Cypress

Went in to grab one item, and apparently when a product is no longer in stock they just put a similar product in its place which is extremely confusing!!! I had to go up 3 different times with a product only to find out each one was in the wrong spot and more expensive, and I informed the lady that checked me out and she was very unhelpful, spent 20+ minutes to buy an overpriced item for what should have been a quick 2 min trip.

I tried to apply for my passport so I went to this Walgreen to get passport photo they came out horrible I wasn't even looking at the camera 100% waste time and money

This location has a HORRIBLE pharmacy, pharmacist, and technicians. They never ask how you are or smile, they literally look like they’re mad because they have to work. On top of that they never answer the phone and do not tell you what medication you’re picking up they just want to charge you if you have a copay. They literally charged 25 dollars for aspirin and when I realized and went back and told them that my mom did not need that medication and they automatically told me they could not give me a refund and that we have to call before going to the pharamacy to confirm which medication is going to be picked up I shouldn’t have to do all of that! , on top of that the pharmacist very rudely told me that my mom should’ve came to pick up her medication instead and I told him that my mom can’t! She is handicap she can not drive! That is why I was picking up her medication in the first place I got super upset when he said this, this was a male Asian pharmacist that told me this, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY, all they’re looking for is to make money off of you

BE AWARE!
Always check Amazon and other retailers before getting your prescription that's not covered by insurance.
My vitamin tablets cost me $12 here for just 4 tablets. I found cheaper on Amazon $8 for 60 tablets.
They are the same drug with extreme price difference. I felt so upset when I found out.
Even my pcp who prescribed didn't tell me that I could find them cheaper elsewhere. When I asked her whether there was any difference between the two she said none.
Please double check before you buy.

Today I decided to pick up the medications through the drive thru so that it would be faster, the worst decision, the people in the car in front of me started to ask for things that were no longer medicine from the pharmacy, they were things that they could go down and buy without a prescription and the cashier didn’t have the intelligence to tell them to get out of the line and go to park so they could choose their things, so I was waiting for more than 30 minutes, between two cars, no chance to get out of line 😡, thanks to people unaware of other people's time and the cashier's lack of brain that knew how to handle the situation and she was going to look for things for them and still gives them the choice between many options. It is not the first bad experience in this pharmacy, not recommended at all.

I tried to refill a prescription twice at my usual, local Walgreens Grant and Eldridge (who just canceled my refill request because it was out of stock and didn't notify me) so called and finally had it transferred to this Walgreen's (store #3160) pharmacy. It's a good 30 minute drive one way so they offered to mail it for no charge. On 10/18/24, they filled it and created a Fedex label and charged my credit card. It never showed up so I finally got back to it (obviously it's not going to kill me to not have it but it is a medication prescribed to repair some anatomy that will keep me from having other illnesses) and called the 3160 pharmacy and the guy was not really unpleasant and asked why I waited 3 weeks (maybe because it always takes so much of my time and already had 3 weeks ago???) and gave me the Fedex tracking number to look it up and said call Fedex. I looked it up and what do you know Fedex never got the package from Walgreens! So I called him back to let him know Walgreens had in fact not even sent the package so he had to back paddle a bit on his snarkiness. What TERRIBLE customer service!! And from a pharmacy it is imperative to have good customer service. Then I spent the next 45 minutes calling insurance trying to transfer it to mail order but that's another story entirely! It just shouldn't be this hard. It's a good thing it wasn't BP medicine or something like that because Walgreens could care less.

The pharmacy at this location sucks. They never answer the phone and if they do they will immediately tell you to hold and once it starts ringing they just hang it up. Most of the staff has attitudes like they don’t want to be at work. I have issues trying to transfer prescriptions from this location because even other providers can’t reach them. I would rather go out the way or do what I did today not use insurance just to not have a prescription filled at this horrible pharmacy location!

The pharmacy at this location is awful, the technician are extremely rude and visibly bothered when you speak to them or ask them anything. In addition, it takes the longest time to receive your prescriptions. The technicians have absolutely no urgency to process the transactions. I've actually timed it and the very minimum is 20mins per vehicle. So if you're not first in line, expect to be there at least an hour.
