I cannot praise this pharmacy enough. They went above and beyond to help me in an urgent situation. I was staying locally from out of town and realized that I had forgotten to bring my eleven prescriptions! By 4pm same day, all 11 had been filled for the duration of my trip, with a kind and understaning attitude!! Thank you Ms. Lien and team, and thank you Walgreens! ❤️

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Walgreens. The employee including the manager were both unhelpful and rude. United Healthcare provides an OTC card or barcode through their app that can be used at most drugstores, but this location refused to accept it. The employee assisting me seemed inexperienced, and the manager didn’t even come out to understand what I was trying to use at checkout.
I ended up going to a different Walgreens near Kroger, where they had absolutely no issue with the same barcode. I even confirmed with the manager beforehand, and they were respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything this location was not.
This store seriously needs either new management or to follow the same fate as the other pharmacies that have shut down. Completely unacceptable experience for a patient that needs their medicine.

No customer service the girl at the front has no personality literally might as well be a robot I said hello and she just ignored me rung my items up and gave me the receipt did not make me feel welcomed I’m not sure if what’s going on but things like that will make people not come back to your location

The pharmacist (wearing a blue coat) needs training on how to be courteous to customers. I’ve been to this Walgreens before and the staff have been friendly, please bring back your friendly staff.
I visited on 2/8/25 at around 4pm.

Negative Review:
I had a terrible experience with Pharmacist Patel. Her rude attitude affected the entire staff, and they were dismissive when I asked questions at the drive-thru.
I asked for a manager and the information to file a formal complaint. Ms. Patel and her staff literally walked away; and ignored me for 20 minutes as if I were not at the window.
I waited for the supervisor; The manager seemed to care at first, but ultimately took the employees’ word over mine—without even getting my side of the story. He asked me to circle around while he worked on the issue, but when I returned, he was gone. I waited over ten minutes just to be acknowledged, only for him to tell me nothing had changed.
In the end, I realized they were trying to charge me $200 for a medication I could got for \$0 at CVS cause they ran my insurance correctly vs. being rushed by Ms. Patel . This sort of unhelpful and disorganized service happens everywhere Mrs. Patel works. Walgreens should really consider firing her to ensure better customer experiences.

We have gone to this Walgreens for about 19 years. TODAY WAS OUR LAST TIME. If it wasn’t for the lady at the Queenston store, we would have never gone to Walgreens again. I had a simple return of a hair color product, still sealed, not over 30 days, accompanied by a reciept. The young girl at the register said she had to call the manager to do this, she said the barcode was not readable on the reciept. I WAITED 15 min., finally a really frail old man came up and denied the return, then slipped away. HE said NOTHING COULD BE DONE. The reciept was illegible due ro two numbers on barcode. I asked for store credit which is standard procedure without a reciept. The old man hovering nearby, said there’s nothing to be done for you. I came back in to ask his name, he said DAVID. He just kept saying “you have a nice day,Mam”.
Never has this happened at that store. When I went back in, he and the young girl were discussing me. This place has suddenly become empty, even today on a Sunday, prime time afternoon. WALGREENS! This store is failing. Why didn’t he know about a store credit? hair color was sealed! Never opened. GO TO QUEENSTON AND 529. Stay clear of EMILY AND HER GRUMPY GRANDPA DAVID.

Every time I come home to Texas, I experience southern hospitality at this Walgreens. The cashiers are always so sweet. Where else in the world will your cashier greet you with baby cakes or honey bun? But recently I had outstanding service so was inspired to write this review. I was greeted by the manager who directed me exactly where I needed to pick up a specific product. Then he followed up to make sure I found it. As they were closing, he ensured he watched me get to my car. The cashier was lovely and took her time explaining how the Walgreens app works and how I could save additional money. I mean this was closing time and these two were going above and beyond. I'm sad because they've set my expectations so high that everywhere else I go I'll be disappointed.

The cashier on 7/6 was sweet. Ms. Claudia is a bad manager. Placed a pick up order for 1 bag of dog food and 1 body spray at 8:13 for 30-minute pickup and used coupons online to have it cheaper than in person. I go to get my order at 9:17 and the manager tells the cashier it will be another hour because she’s doing truck.
The truck will be there after you spend 3 minutes grabbing your customers order that I ended up having to get and spend more money because I couldn’t use the coupons again.
I just found this very rude that my only two solutions were to grab it myself or wait another hour. Maybe don’t do that to other people in the future because I won’t be going there anymore with a manager like that.

Extraordinarily rude pharmacy staff. I will not spend another penny at this location due to their wretched pharmacy staff. I must not be the only one; their decreased hours reflect a downturn in business.

The person that “helped” me was slow, incompetent, and rude. The woman took forever and I had to walk in even though I first went to the drive through. The Asian lady was nice and informative and helpful. The other woman, not so much.

Called to ask about drug interactions. I was repeatedly put on hold and eventually hung up on after thirty minutes of waiting.

I had some prescriptions transferred from Walmart to two different pharmacies, one of them being this Walgreens.
When the pharmacist called Walmart for the transfer, Walmart said they already transferred the prescription (referring to the other pharmacy transfer, not this one) and without asking for more information, the Walgreens pharmacist said "OK" and hung up.
The pharmacist's lack of care and the urgency to carelessly and quickly finish prescriptions for its customers is extremely concerning.
I had placed the prescription transfer in the morning around 11:00 am and Walgreens only called me past their closing time to leave me a voicemail to inform me they couldn't complete the transfer because "Walmart already had." Not even realizing the prescription we were trying to transfer to Walgreens was completely different from the one transferred to the other pharmacy. Walgreens hadn't even confirmed if it was the right medication.
My mother had to go an ADDITIONAL day without her prescription which we needed urgently.
A simple "Hi Walmart, customer wants prescription A transferred to us, Walgreens. No, not prescription B--" would have fixed this issue.
I truly hope and pray that none of your loved ones never have unnecessary delays in receiving the medications they need due to personnel incompetence, I was certainly upset.

Every time I have a prescription filled here there are multiple issues. This last time they sent me home with one of two medicines I was supposed to receive. I checked the status and it said both had been picked up. So annoying.
Each time my doctor has called a prescription in there, they act like they didnt receive the prescription. So then I have to make contact with my Dr. again and ask him to resend the request. I dont really understand how one pharmacy can be inept so often.
On the good side, the employees are friendly and well-meaning.

The old manager there is horrible and racist.
Didn't let my mother use the coupons on the app tonight and even told the cashier not to let her purchase anything because she spoke spanish. I will show up tomorrow and ask who worked there tonight and discriminated against my mother for speaking Spanish and I will be reporting to HR
