Waited 30 minutes in a line of 3 cars for a family member’s prescription. This is the exact reason why I changed to HEB across the street because they are slow and unorganized. HEB would never take this long. So ridiculous.

*FOR THE PHARMACY* Cheryl put me on hold twice never came back on the line. Once when I came on the line and 2nd time when I told her what I was calling for. So I hung up and called again. I got a different tech that time and thankfully she did not put me on hold. Total of 20min

Photo Department is terrible. I placed and order for a canvas and it said ready by 7pm I showed up and they said it would be ready till tomorrow. I came the next day after receiving a text the order was complete and was told that it wasn't done because the person working didn't know how to do the canvas and apparently the person they day before didn't know how to do them either.
Why would you offer a service if your employees are incapable of completing the service? Hire competent people who can actually do the job required.

Zero ? s.... Horrible pharmacy customer service.. got there at 6:50 pm and got to counter at 725pm then they told me they can't help me because there about to close at 8pm... pharmacy employees were complaining about the new pharmacy hours.... they hang up the phone when you call... and at the front counter they won't let me load my cash app and chime cards in the same day... even though all the other walgreens do. This place is the worst walgreens on earth. I'm not going back anymore... lazy workers
