Store consistently closes prior to stated closing time, which is false advertisement. Change time on Google if you’re closing 10 minutes prior. What is a convenient store when you lack the convenience.

Store associate was completely rude to me and vocally just brushed me off. Never came to help or assist. Verbally told me I can just go over there and wait. Very rude and disrespectful

I Paid. I Had the Receipt. I Left Without the Bag. And Walgreens Made Me Feel Crazy for Asking.
I dropped a bag inside the store. Came back two minutes later—with my receipt in hand—and asked for help.
The cashier, who rang me up moments before, looked at me like I was a total stranger. Said nothing. No concern. No acknowledgment. Just guilt all over her face.
Manager Johnatan? He could pull up footage of me paying, no problem. But when I asked to see the door camera to confirm I left without the bag? Suddenly, it’s “not available.”
So let me get this straight—I paid for something, never left the store with it, showed proof, and was told: “We don’t remember you.”
No help. No accountability. Just blank stares and a whole lot of attitude.
This isn’t customer service. This is gaslighting.
Walgreens, do better. I didn’t imagine shopping there—but I sure will imagine better places to go next time.

Dr. Hien Sam was the pharmacist on duty at Walgreens on Briar Forest and Eldridge . I can not find the amount of words to express how thankful I am for her . She made sure to assure me with getting my son’s asthma medication covered by insurance and at reasonable price . She had patience, a great attitude and a huge smile . I was able to afford to buy the asthma medication which really made my day & also helped keep my child happy and Healthy . Thank you Dr. Hien Sam

Unwilling to answer phone calls or field questions. They seem to be adopting the proven bullying playbook developed by the IRS.
Customer service, support and intentional leadership still matters. I would encourage your corporate leadership to seek out effective management coaching.

My goodness! Last time it was the freeze, now what? 3days later and my meds aren't ready while the doctor is thinking that I've had it 3 days already!!! This is the slowest pharmacy too seeing that I was in drive thru for 30 mins!!! I have to change pharmacy because I don't know what's wrong with this one!!

Echoing other reviewers, I’ve experienced several times where the call instantly disconnects when transferred to the pharmacy. Why is this issue not fixed by now (or is it intentional)?

One of the worst pharmacy ever. First it’s almost impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Second they make prescriptions ready late. If you don’t call them it’s going to take several days. Another very annoying experience I had with them is that they don’t check to see what prescription brand your insurance covers. They give you whatever they have and tell you that your insurance doesn’t cover it and you should pay out of pocket ( usually very important medications that they know people need them and will pay) it happens for me twice. I called my insurance the second time this happened to me and figured it out that some brands of my medication was covered but the pharmacy staff didn’t bother to give me that one just because they didn’t have it in their store. And it’s weird because they take several days to make prescriptions ready
And finally very rude staff
I’m going to change my pharmacy for sure

Today is late Sunday, and still waiting on a prescription that was sent by my Doctor on Friday. I was willing to pay extra for same day delivery but after being put on hold for 47 minutes, I hung up. When I called back I was told it was too late and had to wait another day. When I complained I was told it was a very busy store and they were understaffed. Not a good recommendation for customers.
Still waiting for my meds, thankfully it was not a life threatening condition. No satisfaction at all from the staff.
