Why do you have to wait 40 minutes to get a new Rx filled, that i walked into the store with, when no one else is there but pick up orders that the counter help are taking care of? Are the pharmacist filling call in re-fills for people that will be put in the bins? While I’m standing right there in front of them waiting in person? Explain this to me? Shouldn’t walk-in Rx’s with people waiting come first before ones that are going to be picked up later? Confused and left without my medicine tonight.

This is the worst Walgreens. The cashier likes to poke fun about the things you buy. I thought Walgreens was convenient, but evidently the cashiers don’t have enough to do throughout the day but poke fun of their customers! I will buy elsewhere, where they appreciate my money! Now I understand why this store has a 2.8 rating.

My doctor send in order 3 time in yesterday . They still said they didn't receive it. Today, when i received their message, but when i got there i had to wait quite a while, i found out they didn't prepare it in advance like in the message they sent me, i don't appreciate their honesty

I called the pharmacy tonight to check on some prescriptions that have just been sitting for over 2 weeks without being filled. I waited on hold for 2 hours before someone picked up the phone. Then he was rude and would not listen to me. He continued to interrupt me while I was trying to talk and was very disrespectful. I think these will be my last prescriptions filled at Walgreens. This location is consistently under staffed and wait times are outrageous whether on the phone or at the store itself. I don’t know who manages this store, but they are doing a terrible job.

I don’t think this Walgreens closing underperforming stores are working. They closed the one on Jones and people started coming here including us. But this location is way understaffed.
I took my kid to urgent care. We got out quick. But this Walgreens couldn’t fill our prescription (just antibiotics) the whole day. I tried to call but on one answers even holding for an hour. I went there, drive through is closed at 3pm saying they’re understaffed.
We are transferring our family of four to HEB and Kroger, and online drugstores.

Literally the rudest pharmacy staff. Keeps you on hold forever, then acts like you’re the nuisance for needing them to do their job. Walgreens pharmacy’s in general have gone down hill. Sorry to be such a bother by needing medication.
