Mary is absolutely rude I asked where the restroom was and she looked very annoyed when I asked I asked if she could walk me over and she was very rude and looked at me so ugly… I was very polite previous to this I walked around to search for the restroom she said a sign was up no sign for restroom was on the wall. It was very unfortunate to get treated like this ….

I’ve been picking up my dad’s medication at this pharmacy for years and never had any issues, but recently there’s this associate who has been very rude to me on several occasions. I don’t remember her name right now, but this lady claims she ordered the prescription — and that’s not true. When my dad called his insurance because she said it was declined, they told him this young woman never even placed the order, even though I told her my dad is diabetic and was out of his medication.
Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had my 9-year-old daughter with me, and today she asked why that woman is so rude to me every time we come in, and why she acts like we’re doing something wrong or treats us with discrimination. I don’t know why. You have to wonder how empty her heart must be to treat people that way.
I hope God forgives her, and that no one ever treats her parents the way she has treated mine by not ordering his diabetes medication — which is documented in the conversations we had with my father’s insurance company.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've had. In multiple occasions they gaslit me saying they didn't receive prescriptions from my doctors (different doctors) and I had to keep asking the doctors to resend them. When transferred to other Walgreens or CVS later everything worked fine (funny, huh). Same happened to other family members, when they said never got the prescription and we have to keep calling doctors to resend over and over. They don't know what they are doing and when you question, they say nobody talked to you before as if we hadn't been calling every day to ask... crazy crap happening here.

Ok didn't get the name of the pharmacy lady but it was an amazing experience. I had an issue at a different pharmacy and she did everything need and was super pleasant about the whole ordeal. Usually dealing with a pharmacy even other walgreens it's a nightmare but this one is must be run differently. No hold time on the phone,questions answered immediately with a smile and went above and beyond what their job should be not to mention on a Friday @5pm and a Holiday weekend.Thank You!!! I hope all your customers treat you as pleasantly as you treat me this evening

I've purchased and exchanged multiple Blue Rhino propane tanks here over the years. I just exchanged one 2 days ago and went to use it for the first time. The tank valve leaks propane out the stem which is a serious problem. It's bad enough that lighting the grill could set off quite the explosion. Went to the store to swap it for a new/different tank. They will not swap it. This Walgreens claims I could have used some of it already. Stay clear. Update 3/30: Talked to Blue Rhino. This is not their company policy. Blue Rhino stated to return the defective tank to any Blue Rhino store for a "no cost" replacement and to have the store call them if there is any push back. Thus, this Walgreens (Store Manager and Asst Manager) are not following partner policies.

Rude, condescending and ineffective pharmacy staff. Actually mocked me when I asked a question. Refused to fill my prescription aide it was too early. Tried again told it was only good for 30 days even though it says good through March. Not helpful at all at any location. So now I'm without the meds my doctor called in refills for and got to be disrespected and talked down to like a moron just for good measure. Very professional.

This Walgreens is terrible, just too many incidents to expand on here, but the latest is a confirmed email that a medication is ready, but it's not when I take the time to pick it up. Service is just bad.

his use to be a great local Walgreens but I guess management had changed or lack of it and this store is terrible. First time I was the sixth person in line and then when I finally got there the cashier just left!! Second time I brought in two items that I bought thru the mail and we’re destroyed. I had my receipt and was asking for replacements. The cashier at the front couldn’t help, the manager ignored me and the lady at the cosmetic counter said I needed to stop at the front. Guess I will go to CVS
