I trying to understand why this store is open. The Pharmacy needs to be closed for good the most horrible service ever. System always down or they late coming from lunch. And they don’t care the pharmacy people are so dry come to work for a free check. No stars close this store

Every month there is a problem with my dad’s meds!!!!! And nobody cares!!! Complete chaos!!! I get one excuse. My husband gets another excuse. Unbelievable!!

Walgreens being Walgreens. Nothing new. They text you saying that the prescription is ready. My brother is high risk and he needs his meds urgently. I get there.. of course it is not and they say I have to come back tomorrow. This happened multiple times. He has been without his medication for about a week. When you express your concerns, they give you attitude. They need to do better.

Absolutely the worst pharmacist ever, lady with an Asian accent, needs to clean her ears out so she listens when a caller explains vs. talking over you saying you elevated your voice after shes ignored everything you said at the beginning of the call THEN hanging up on you telling you to call back when you have calmed down. If that was true and thats my nature I would have been banned and not come there for 23 years but she ended that with her irrational behavior today. Just moved my scripts to CVS.

I am mind blown by all the negative reviews on here about this Walgreens. This Walgreens is the Best Walgreens in West Houston period. I come here often and I absolutely LOVE that it is never packed inside with a line out the door so it is easy to get in and out which is the point of Walgreens, it is very clean including the bathrooms, all items are in stock, they honor online prices and items are easy to find and not spread apart like some Walgreens where the toothbrush could be by makeup section and the toothpaste is by the vitamins section😂. The curbside is great, I never had rude customer service at the cashier or the photo station and the pharmacy was very helpful when I needed them. I will stay coming here and pray they don't close! Keep up the good work!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this has happened way too many times to keep ignoring
Today I went to buy something and Moe(a female) whom which was not busy made me wait for another employee who was already doing something and I know the other employee was busy because I walked around the store looking for my items and saw her I had to wait and extra 5-10 minutes at the register because the apparent team lead couldn’t help me check out even though she was doing NOTHING

Worst location ever! Every time I go there close to closing time they don’t allow me in cause they claim they are closed but even if it’s 30 or 20 or even a few minutes before closing time I’m allowed to shop. They always close early because they are lazy and they don’t want to wait till 9pm to close. I just left this location upset cause they allowed someone in the store and when I went to the door they said they were closed. After I told them they close at 9pm he still looked at me with a face of disbelief and refused to let me in. I had to go off about the time and then they said okay come inside but be quick. Be quick?? The audacity, as a customer I am allowed to go inside the store as long as is within business hours. I do not appreciate them telling me to be quick. I can take as much as I want. I called corporate and they claim they have tons of complaints from this location. Do not go to this location close to closing time. They are too lazy to do their job.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience in my life...the young lady with the blonde braids definitely doesn't need a job dealing with prescriptions nor a job in customer service. She is very rudw to everyone rolling her eyes no patience... I can't believe the other workers let her speak to people like this over and over again . struggling to mix medication...I'm damn scared to give this to my kids now ...

Reported the store manager from this Walgreens 77082, to corporate about her ugly attitude and behavior. This lady didn’t bother checking the system for my prescription of tests I ordered. Then she assumed I paid for it and told me to call my insurance and tell them to refund me my money. Why are you telling me what’s going on with MY order when you don’t even have my name? Then while I’m getting “assistance” you completely cut me off and go help someone at the register! Lol!! UGLY UGLY behavior, please get some help if you are struggling and quit your job if you feel like you aren’t getting paid enough, that’s nobodies issue but yours.
