If you need to report anybody working here, call the customer service line.Reported the store manager from this Walgreens 77082, to corporate about her ugly attitude and behavior. This lady didn’t bother checking the system for my prescription of tests I ordered. Then she assumed I paid for it and told me to call my insurance and tell them to refund me my money. Why are you telling me what’s going on with MY order when you don’t even have my name? Then while I’m getting “assistance” you completely cut me off and go help someone at the register! Lol!! UGLY UGLY behavior, please get some help if you are struggling and quit your job if you feel like you aren’t getting paid enough, that’s nobodies issue but yours.

So far this is the BEST WG’s we’ve ever used!!!CVS @ 12585 started to SUCK(was constantly out of meds we needed)!Highly recommended! A+++!!!

I would rate 0 if have that option!going in taking the passport photo and lady stand sideway taking , making my face turning to the side and I ask her should tell me turn a bit , she said she is not photographers and go somewhere else taking. I told her they have standards and she said go somewhere else !

I kept wondering why this pharmacy had such bad reviews. Now I know. I called in my prescription and set up everything for it to be delivered. The pharmacy never delivered it and I live pretty close. I had to find a pharmacy that’s open late and drive over there because I need my medication. Way to go Walgreens! Thank you for NOT delivering a medically necessary medication. I expected better but I guess that was too much.

DISRESPECTFUL MANGER... SAW HER ACCUSE A MAN OF STEALING...ALTHOUGH SHE IS A BLACK WOMAN WHO I'M SURE HAS BEEN RACIALLY MISUNDERSTOOD. SHE NEEDS TO GO ASAP. NASTY ATTITUDE. I've been shopping here for years she came about a month and a half ago and need to return. Wanna be white and missing the make. Please send her back to LA or wherever they lie to her about who she really is. By the way NOT LGBTQ ACCEPTED IN THIS LOCATION.

I left a photo film at this Walgreens’ photo department for them to make prints. I never got my photos back. I followed-up by calling and/or visiting Walgreens several times a week, every week, for two months. Eventually, after chasing Walgreens for said two months, the Manager told me that Walgreens had lost my photo film. She gave me a $50 Walgreens gift card as compensation. This is hardly compensation for the sentimental value of the photos Walgreens lost. P.S. The Manager at this Walgreens has the best job in the world. She comes in late, goes home early, doesn’t work every day, and when she is at work, she is nearly always “in a meeting” and unavailable to take a phone call or be seen by a customer.

Very disappointed in the service I received within the pharmacy. They put my prescription back after I told them I was coming to pick it up then that triggered and issue with the insurance for my insulin. I was a week without my medication and I had to call the insurance to get the issue resolved. Just poor service. I will be moving my prescriptions and taking them elsewhere.

Use another pharmacy. Walgreens is terrible. They are worse than CVS if you can believe it. They lost a prescription I have to take daily and the doc called it in multiple times. The pharmacist at the Richmond location is worthless and doesn't want to be of any help or do her job. USE HEB or Walmart. Much better.

Mario should really be working at the DPS office with the attitude he walks around with. Mario you would really STRIVE at the DPS office. Customer service clearly is not for you.

I called in the morning to have my questions answered about a prescription. As soon as the phone rang they put me on hold. I was on hold for TEN MINUTES . No one ever told me I was going to be on hold. No one ever answered. I called again but this time directed my call elsewhere and they transferred me to the pharmacy again only to be put on hold for another 20 minutes. I called again at 3:30. Put on Hold again. It is ridiculous that the pharmacy can send automated called with concerns about your prescription but cannot answer and explain the concerns. I had to go to the pharmacy myself and talk to someone in person. Don’t go to this pharmacy for prescriptions unless they know you from years prior.

I visited this store with my son late in the evening looking for contact lens solution about 10 mins before closing the manager and clerk instead of helping me just sat at the front the store was empty, i went to check out and was trying to use some coupons that i had instead of helping Mario the manger was rude and aggressive in his behavior and instead of waiting for me to Finnish up trying to figure out my transaction was very short and told me i had to get out now I asked him who his boss was he said he is the boss and if i had problem look at the number on the receipt, I spend about $300 to $400 in medication a month at this store the pharmacist at this store are very nice and helpful. This type of behavior was very demeaning and disturbing and belittled me in front of my son. Walgreens need to know this kind of manager is ruining it for all the other people that work hard there

We tried to transfer my wife’s prescription from Kroger to this Walgreens on a Thursday. It was supposedly completed and received a message Friday morning that it was ready for pickup. We went to pick up her medicine and they said they had no record of her prescription.Poor customer service, the young man there working didn’t apologize, just shrugged and said he didn’t know why they would have sent us the message.He took the information to transfer, again, and we’re still waiting two days after requesting transfer.It’s obviously been processed though because now we can’t even get the refill from Kroger.
