I absolutely love Walgreens!! The fact that they always have the products that I need in stock and I don’t have to visit other store!! Thank you Walgreens for doing an excellent job serving the community!!

I see why the reviews are so low. I literally drove 20 mins to pick up my prescription to arrive and to be told they never filled it because their system
didn’t show I had insurance!!! WHY DOES THAT MATTER? So after we confirm my
insurance they tell me to wait 10-15 more minutes just for me to return and have them tell
me they do not have my prescription in stock!!! This is unacceptable not a courtesy phone call or anything to save me the inconvenience of waiting for nothing! I will never return to this location!

Store Manager - Please get your Cashiers and your Shift Leads into a team huddle and train them on how to do a Walgreens.com return, because when you bring a Walgreens.com order into the store, they look like a deer caught in headlights. I was there on Thursday night, because Wagreens.com sent me the WRONG products. The website states that you can take returns to a Walgreens store for an exchange or refund. Customer service says that also. So please teach your people how to do Walgreens.com returns. You can start by teaching them how to find the purchase with the order number that appears on the receipt. Yes, I had my receipt but it look 10 minutes for the nice lady to find the order in the computer. Then, she didn't know how to process the return. THEN, she didn't know how to do an exchange either! (I just purchased the items 4 days ago.) So I left without getting the items that I paid for. Not good! Please do better. CVS is demolishing y'all and this is one of the reasons why. Please get your Cashiers and your Shift Leads into a team huddle and train them on how to do a Walgreens.com return. Thank you.

I came in yesterday evening to return some items I purchased over the weekend , I explained that I had lost my receipt and just wanted to exchange for some cat litter, I worked at another location so I’m familiar with the returns, they treated me like I had stole the items and just wanted the money , when it’s a cash transaction yes you have to go back to the original store but all I wanted was store credit which was very weird when they didn’t want to do my return , I was very embarrassed by the way they handled the situation

Borrowing my daughters account for this review. I have been going to this Walgreens for the last two years simply because of how great their workers and customer service are. This one worker especially, Zahid Tabidi, is a very polite guy who speaks to everyone with respect and ready to help at a moments notice. workers like him are the reason i go to this Walgreens specifically.

I’m a regular customer at this location but today I was very dissatisfied with one of the worker’s attitudes, the younger black gentlemen it isn’t the first time dealing with him. Idk what chip he have on his shoulder everyone has bad days but seems like he always has bad days and doesn’t like his job very much. I’ve worked in customer service and sales for over 17 years one day I actually tried to take up for him with an upset customer but after visiting the store several times I see now it’s just him and his lack of customer service. He is very rude, does not go above and beyond for his customers and you can tell because of his youth he think he knows everything. Always very argumentative with customers. I never have that issue with the older lady or the Hispanic gentlemen they always very pleasant even when I’m having a tough day they are nice. But the younger black gentleman with locs or twist in his head…maybe he should find what his true passion is in life because working at Walgreens is not it. As long as he is there you are going to continue to lose valued customers. Without customers there would be no reason for you to have a job so you’ll should rethink his position there at front cashier maybe put him somewhere not interacting with customers Re coach him or simply replace him. It’s ok to take feedback sometimes and listen to your customers sometimes they do know something you may not you never know what field of work your customers are in. Come to find out the information I was telling him was correct and it could’ve been easily fixed had he been open to my feedback instead of taking it as an opportunity to argue and get an attitude and walk off.

THE MORNING CASHIER IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE EVER! This store needs a person who is not always in other people business at the front counter! EVERYONE OFF THE STREETS COMES HERE AND STEAL.
