I’m a regular customer at this location but today I was very dissatisfied with one of the worker’s attitudes, the younger black gentlemen it isn’t the first time dealing with him. Idk what chip he have on his shoulder everyone has bad days but seems like he always has bad days and doesn’t like his job very much. I’ve worked in customer service and sales for over 17 years one day I actually tried to take up for him with an upset customer but after visiting the store several times I see now it’s just him and his lack of customer service. He is very rude, does not go above and beyond for his customers and you can tell because of his youth he think he knows everything. Always very argumentative with customers. I never have that issue with the older lady or the Hispanic gentlemen they always very pleasant even when I’m having a tough day they are nice. But the younger black gentleman with locs or twist in his head…maybe he should find what his true passion is in life because working at Walgreens is not it. As long as he is there you are going to continue to lose valued customers. Without customers there would be no reason for you to have a job so you’ll should rethink his position there at front cashier maybe put him somewhere not interacting with customers Re coach him or simply replace him. It’s ok to take feedback sometimes and listen to your customers sometimes they do know something you may not you never know what field of work your customers are in. Come to find out the information I was telling him was correct and it could’ve been easily fixed had he been open to my feedback instead of taking it as an opportunity to argue and get an attitude and walk off.

shopped here this morning for the first time. the cashier did not give me my receipt saying everything was digital. i checked my email no receipt seems fishy. won’t be at this location again

Pharmacy staff and pharmacist were perfect.They take care friendly.A staff member called me 3 days after I started the medicine and asked me about any issue or problem.Tnx

THE MORNING CASHIER IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE EVER! This store needs a person who is not always in other people business at the front counter! EVERYONE OFF THE STREETS COMES HERE AND STEAL.

This store has everything I would want. I looked at many other places and found they didn't really carry the medical supplies I was looking for. And the pharmacist here was very gracious in assisting the way she did...Highly recommend.

Do not waste your time at this location. I can’t speak for all departments but the pharmacy is terrible. On multiple occasions my prescription has been messed up in different ways and they are no help when fixing a mistake THEY made.

The worst walgreens EVER. Customer Service is minus zero. The staff needs to go on a customer service training. I would rather take my money to a store that values the patronage of their customers. The Pakistani manager is ok but the two ladies that I interacted with should be asked to sit in their homes! My daughter was staying in line for me whilst I went to get another product. On returning, as it was our turn I walked straight to the cashier only for her to tell me "do you see the line over there?" I was flabbergasted with this statement that I responded abruptly "she's my daughter"! All she had to say after that was "oh". I was clearly not happy with the condescending manner she has spoken, and told her that, specifically how she's indirectly telling me "I'm i blind that I could not see the line over there" and how it would have been better for her to have rather said "there is a line ma'am". Instead of her accepting she was wrong, she walked out and called another lady to deal with my transaction. Still trying to make my point across to this new cashier, all she did was to stand there like "whatever"! Demanded to see the manager which he was nice and genuinely apologized, however I would not spend my hard earned money in such a store and I didn't! Work on your staff, otherwise your sales will be declining!

I was going say the employees seem to be consumed with sadness with how horrible they treat the customers. Seems like everyone knows tho. They need a new staff.

Pharmacy staff is awesome! They take care of all my special requests without hesitation. They've shown me different ways to save money using apps and the Walgreens discount card. They're always busy, but my meds are always ready when they say. They recognize me and know my name. Great job Pharmacy, keep up the good work!
