Rude at drive through. Called all day no answer. Drove there to pick up Grandmas prescription that wasn’t ready. This could have been established by answering the phone.

the worst Walgreens ever the pharmacy will have you on hold for long time and when answer they will hang up on you all the workers are lazy and rude if you aren’t honestly willing to help ppl in time that they are sick you shouldn’t be working in this career this Walgreens needs a whole new management team

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is disrespectful & unprofessional. Pharmacy never has prescriptions ready when they say they will. & store makes its own hours.. instead of closing at 11pm they close at 8pm. Just a terrible store! I will preferably drive the opposite direction just to avoid ever going to this store again!

Apparently Walgreens doesn't need our business..........
2 employees in the pharmacy said it was a waste of time for them to verify our insurance since they didn't have the vaccine we were looking for
They should of verified our insurance and ordered the vaccine
Instead they turned us away.....
If they had verified and ordered we would have gone back when it came in but noooooooooooooo
And guys it wasn't even busy......
I had my insurance card,my id....
All it would of taken was a little of there time that's all
Very disappointed in Walgreens
But Walmart here I come
It took them 2 minutes to verify

Today is 02/01/25. I called at 9:40 am. and was on hold, and then a young lady answered 3 times and told me I'll be with you in just a moment. The last time she didn't even say that, she just put me on hold again. If you call this pharmacy you're in for waiting a long time. Very slow service via phone. The manager needs to train employees so they can be more efficient or hire more staff. This is ridiculous. I needed a very important medicine. And was trying to find out if it was definitely ready because I received a text saying it was ready, but it wasn't when we went to pick it up. Not very pleased with this Walgreens.

Well, almost everything's locked up now. Gone are the days where you can walk into Walgreens, grab what you need, and check out. Nope. Now there's a need Help button. Pushed it 10 minutes ago and noone comes. I'm guessing it's just for show. Because Noone ever comes. This is like the 6th time I've dealt with it. Next time I'll be forced leave 1 star. If you wanna lock up every product in the store, fine by me , but at least have associate tend to the need help buttons. So annoying

I have had frequent issues with a certain employee named Kathleen. Today my wife had to get her passport pictures Taken, but because the employee Kathleen did not want to provide the service and lie about the time frame in which she could Take them. My wife had to drive down to another further Walgreens to receive the service that by policy is not closed. Who's running that Walgreens? As an Operations Manager myself this employee needs to be retrained and reprimanded. Her attitude is making your store look even worse. Fix it immediately. this is going to corporate in the morning. And BBB.
